Over the past four years I have bought over 20 pillows. From $5 to $50 and none have done the job. I continually looked for a firm pillow because I was tired of my head going straight through the pillow to the bed. Finally I broke down and purchased one of the $50 memory foam pillows, and was miserable from the first night because it was like sleeping on a slightly soft rock. I continued to search for the pillow for me. The beauty rest luxury spa pillow is it!!! It is soft enough to snuggle in and feel comfortable, but still provides a fair amount of support. I would think this would be a great pillow for a wide range of sleepers. So if you are looking for the perfect balance of soft and firm, you have to try out this pillow!
I discovered these pillows when I underwent a sleep study not too long ago. These were the pillows they used and I loved them so much that I had to have a set of my own.
I like the "poof" of this pillow. Very good for a side sleeper like me.
This is my second time purchasing these pillows. We had our first ones for a year and half. My husband and I both get a good nights rest sleeping with these pillows.
Somehow, I received a King size pillow, but that was OK. The pillow is so soft yet firm at the same time. Lovely to lay on, cuddle and the best thing of all, Comforting! Having had several surgeries on my back, it aches a lot. I position the pillow behind my back while laying on my side, and oh, what relief. Warmth without heat, covers the full length of my spine. I Love it. Thank you Beauty Rest! The only reason it fell short on some points, is the fact that it doesn't have a pillow cover, and there are none available for it.
This pillow is entirely satisfactory. It's firm, but not too firm, and soft, but not too soft. Goldilocks would be happy with it.
Bought this on reviews. It's good but not great for me. I'm picky and still looking for that perfect pillow which I'm not sure exists. but I would still recommend it. It's better than most.
I've only had it a week but already I sleep better! My other pillows went flat and stayed flat this one fluffs right back up its nice and can't beat it for the price I use it to sit up and watch tv then fluff it and use it to sleep!! No more headaches from flat pillows that have to be folded I do wish I would've bought two though since they are so comfortable I went from using four pillows to two while watching tv!! Packaging is nothing fancy just a plastic bag but the outside of the pillow is really nice material! I highly recommend this pillow!
These pillows are nice, fluffy and deep... but my neck bends forward too much when I use mine.. so I'm just sticking with my homemade firm [with ticking] pillow that my deceased mother made me... I loved her and I love her pillow! [So, I use the new one when I make the bed [so they're even, but at night, it's back to my old favorite!] My husband, however, said it's the best night's sleep he's had in a long time! I would highly recommend these pillows to someone who's in the market for FLUFFY, THICK pillows, and who doesn't have a bad neck like I do!
1) Did not come in retail packaging as pictured or found in stores, but in a plain plastic bag with a Beautyrest sticker attached. 2) They are not completely finished. One seam on the gusset, where the pillows are filled, has been stitched closed, but the beading the rest of the pillow has was never finished. 3) The web specifications say these pillows are assembled in the USA, of USA components. Perhaps a little misleading as the tag on the pillows I received says the shell was made in China and then filled and finished in the USA. 4) The website should definitive as to whether these pillows are machine-washable or not. These are definitely not per their attached tag, DAMP WIPE ONLY. This alone would have caused me not to buy this product. 5) In all fairness, while not as firm as I like, they are comfortable and while they quickly lose half of their fluff, they seem to be easily fluffed up. This is my first negative experience with online shopping at Walmart after many good ones. I seriously hope this does not become a trend.
