I would recommend this lavender and mint mask, but the thin elastic head strap is so tight, I just lay the mask on my head. A wider band that was adjustable with velcro closure would be perfect. I didn't notice a smell, but the mint did make my face tingle. I also put the cloth side next to my face because the slick side made my face sweat. I heated the mask in the microwave for only 30 seconds instead of the recommended 45 seconds. Plenty warm with the 30 seconds. It does relieve headache pain and stuffy sinuses.
The mask material is very soft and comfy but the biggest problems I have with it are that the string to keep it in place is extremely tight and non adjustable. Also the smell isn't very strong at all (which is just a personal preference)
This is very soft but also very thick and heavy. Does NOT smell like lavender but it could be misted with essential oil to increase the smell. Out of the box it smells more like "made in China" unfortunately.
Good size but wrong elastic string used , if hearts so much not a flat one and too tight
