I think that the assembler did a great job however, the ease of it I could've say $72 and did it myself.
I like the modern look of the bed, which made it a great purchase. It has enough height to store items under the bed a plus. I purchased a 12" full-size mattress, which fit perfectly on the slats. I booked professional assembly through Walmart, which took the handyman (professional and came a day earlier than the scheduled appointment date),took less than one hour to put the bed together. The item arrived in perfect condition, all pieces intact... the price you can't beat! A high-quality item.
This guy so Justin did good as far as the work goes. Bed looks%26feels good! Conversation %26 other things he could do better with. Be professional,positive%26enthusiastic sir. It's not a dating service. Some questions %26 things shouldn't of been said.
this young man, Marie , was speedy and fast. he was assigned to build a steel bed frame, then inset my electric bed into it for more stability. he said it won't need the support straps on the bed frame. so l am sure they put them in the box ,? so for that reason , I give him 3 stars because he knows better than the designer. since this bed was designed for supporting anvelectric bed. Now as for Angi app, the communication between the angi app and handy person is very bad. he was to arrive at 10 am, but did not return any of our messages unti 630pm. So I had to wait all day. and he gave excuses why he was late, saying; other job took longer. I wont use Angi again. Angi stars 1. he left the box of support bars under the bed in a box.
I can't even find my reserved appointment to confirm the schedule, reschedule, nor cancel. The link I was sent isn't even found nor valid on Angi's list for the assembly portion. My schedule was confirmed via text for today at 11am central and no show. The app shows in progress but that is not Accurate. I expect a full refund as now I am doing the assembly myself
They delivered the bed but did not assemble it and I paid $72 for it. I sent an email requesting the service and they did not respond or call me either. Please I want you to refund my money since you did not comply with the paid service. Send me the refund and training Juan email. I waited until today, Sunday, to see if they would assemble and nothing, so please I want my refund.
Soooo disappointed . The guy knew one of the bed slacks wasn't long enough to fit %26 didn't bother to tell anyone about it . Now a few days later I lay on the other and my mattress sinks in on one side . I'm only 130 lbs. aside from manufacturing issues not making slacks long enough . It's only a twin bed .
Walmart took eight days to deliver a bedframe that was supposed to be delivered the next day . The reason for the delay is that the bedframe was delivered to the wrong address . I didn't know how to use that App that booked the assembly , so I never got the bedframe or the assembly . And after fighting with Walmart for two weeks for a refund , they didn't refund the $85. I paid for the assembly . They only refunded the $80. that I paid for the bedframe that they delivered to someone else . Do not order anything that comes from a third party on Walmart.com and definitely don't pay for any assembly . You'll be better off ordering from a seller who provides the merchandise , delivery, assembly and removal off old items . This was a blatant rip off and I'm still fighting for the $85. for the assembly that I never received . My mattress was up against the wall for two weeks before I got a partial refund for the bedframe .
The box is still sitting in my Autistic daughters room still not assembled paid when purchased the bed now attempting to do myself, Angi service had excuse after excuse lie after lie im over waiting
The assembled nothing. Box never opened. Refund ASAP please
