THis product works great for my 14yr old daughter who has long but thin hair. She had been braiding her hair at nite to get the crimpped effect, but it was too uncomfortable for her to sleep in. So I got her this 1" mini crimper and she LOVES IT! It heats up quickly and is easy to handle. We tried it on my other daughters hair, which is thicker, and it didnt work well on her hair. So I would recommend the 1" for thinner hair and a 2" or 3" crimper for thicker hair. But overall, VERY SATISFIED!

This crimper is exactly what I was looking for. I have very fine hair and this really makes it look thicker. It is very easy to use and heats up quickly. The on/off switch is inside the handle, which took me a minute or two to figure out. The small size works great for my hair.

Bought it for my daughter and she loves it. Quick easy to use for her. She has medium to long hair and thin so this works perfect.
This is my first time using this product and it does get a little hot on the part that you use to hold it closed, but overall it is good. My Daughter loves it and it makes crimping her hair fast. I use to do it manually with my 1/2 inch barrel curling iron. That took forever getting ready for school.

It's a nice product. Just wouldn't spend $20 for it again.
