I really like these valances. They're colorful, and match the set well. My only complaint is they were back ordered for so long, they came just in time for baby.
I did my grandbaby's nursery in a different jungle theme. I bought 2 valances for one window. The pattern in my wall border and this valance is so close, you'd never know they were different manufacturers.
After reading other reviews I was a little hesitant to order this valance, however mine had 3 animals on it! More than others said they got. Also, my three animals ended up being a lion, elephant, and monkey which is great for my boys room. Very sheer and you can't see the image on the valance if the window is open with sun shining through.
this was exactly what I paid for. It matched the border perfect. I can't say it was the best quality( a little on the thin side) but it was definately worth the money spent.
I had to get two valances to go across the window. It looks really nice. This whole set is a wonderful set. The only complaint about the set is that they are not enough acessories with it. I did find aceessories from other sets to match up though.
From everyones reviews of this product I was worried it would be see-through, too small with maybe one animal on it. It is just the right size for my window and has four animals on it just like in the picture. I haven't noticed that it is at all transparent. I would definitely recommend this product
I think this valance is totally cute. It almost doesn't fit to cover the entire top of the window, but it looks okay. I have read reviews that some people didn't get all the animals or just a portion, we were lucky enough to get 3 different animals. It's really cute. I only gave 3 stars for value because it is just a single layer of fabric. It's cute to complete the room, just don't expect a lot for your $20.
Matches the Bedtime Orginals -Happy Tails bedding set perfectly. Little pricey for the quality of fabric but works well as a valance over color corrdinating drapes or blinds. Free site to store shipping made it worth ordering the valance to match the bedding set for our soon to be little one's nursery.
I ordered the bedding, mobile and valances of this set. I was very pleased with the other items but only moderately pleased with the valances. They were a bit thin and flimsy. The colors were not as deep as the color on the other items. All in all, the product is worth the price.
Lets start with the size. I have found two different sizes so far. One is 58" long and hangs 13.5" and the other is 52" long and hangs 12.5". Lets move on to animals. Yes, there are several different valances you can get (and from what I've experienced so far its a guess as to which one you will get). I recieved my first one which, as noted above, is a totally different size than the others. It has a Hippo and giraffes on it. After recieving the first we determined we needed more to cover our window properly. I ordered two more and recieved one with lions and monkeys on it and one with hippos and elephants on it. I was elated until we discovered that they where smaller than the original one. We ordered two more hoping to get the same patern (hippos and giraffes) as the first one. No luck. We recieved two more hippos and elephants. All I want is some consistancy. No. I don't blame this on wal-mart. This is the manufacturers mistake.
