This screen protector was surprisingly easy to install and it looks and functions great. I had never used a screen protector on my phones before and the thought of installation intimidated me. Turns out there was no reason to be worried. The QR code in the box led to a helpful video showing the procedure and the included plastic frame made the process simple. The protector itself is definitely a premium product. There's no difference in behavior or sensitivity of the touch functionality of the phone. The protector's edges are beveled so there's nothing to catch on your pockets or fingers. The privacy feature works as advertised and viewing the phone off-axis is difficult. After seeing how easy this protector was to apply and how nice it is to use, I would absolutely recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This screen protector has been fantastic! While this screen protector has privacy features and has proven to be extra durable, the greatest feature is not the screen protector alone. If you're like me, getting the best alignment while installing your screen protector is incredibly important albeit frustrating. This screen protector takes all the stress away due to a handy alignment tool included in the kit. Received this product about 1 month ago and installed it almost immediately. I previously had a screen protector that was faulty and cracked my screen, however after having dropped my phone multiple times since installing this product, I am happy to say that it offers superior protection. The added benefit of privacy is also a bonus. For those people looking for ultimate screen protection with the addition of having a privacy screen, this two-in-one combination is a no-brainer! *If you have fingerprints or blemishes under your screen, give it some time to clear out* While the packaging and the directions included make the installation process simple and accurate, I was left with a faint fingerprint under the protector. I was ready to take it off since I thought I had ruined the application process. Happily, after 2 days, the fingerprint went away on it's own! Pro's: As for the product functionality and feel, it's almost perfect, with a nice slick surface and no delay or interference with any touches and swipes. It also gave me confidence that the screen would be protected from everyday scratches. Con's: After getting over the fingerprint scare, I began to notice edge of the protector in daily use as it doesn't extend to the edge of the glass and creates a noticeable step, especially if you use a case. The lip of the case and the edge of the protector don't meet, creating a groove of sorts. Next, the privacy function works great, but it also darkens the screen noticeably from the stock screen. Indoors and in low light, it doesn't matter, but if you use your iPhone outdoors under string sun, you will miss the brightness of the uncovered screen. All in all, very happy with the product, and will continue to use it until it needs replacement. I will probably get the non-privacy version since I use my iPhone outdoors often. I'm a huge proponent of always having some form of screen protection on my Apple products. I won't use a new device until I have something installed on it because I have learned the hard way. I'm pretty impressed with this Belkin screen protector so far. One complaint I have had with other brands has been with the installation. This protector was very easy to install with the alignment jig. Belkin also has a pretty decent video that explains the process as well. The optical quality of the glass also seems to be of high quality. It's a real bummer to buy a screen protector and then be disappointed when it distorts the colors and clarity of these awesome Apple device screens. I haven't had to test out the 2 yr warranty (thankfully) of the protector yet and hopefully won't have too...but it's nice to know that I don't have to buy a new piece of glass if I accidentally crack it somehow. That being said I have dropped my phone a few times and have crossed my fingers that it didn't crack. It's taken a few good hits and so far, so good!
