I added the recommended fiber to a small glass of water. After stirring for about 30 seconds the powder dissolves completely. See picture below. The fiber was tasteless and easy to drink in the water with no residue or flavor. It is a great way to add some fiber to the diet. I would recommend to anyone looking to add some fiber or to drink between meals for a boost. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
This is great for getting in fiber and getting a little more of a full feeling during the day.
I put in coffee every morning about 7am. No taste. Dissolves easily. Healthy shape version makes me feel full till lunch and I get the added fiber I need.

Works really well if taken every day, along with drinking plenty of water. And it dissolves completely, with no grit and no taste. l didn't believe it til l tried it, but l mix it in water, and it's true.

I switched from the regular Benefiber to the Benefiber Healthy Shape out of curiosity. I'm on the fence about the Healthy Shape. On the one hand, it really does curb my appetite. I feel fuller longer. I'm not sure if that is a good thing or not. I'm not hungry, I'm not hungry, I'm not hungry, I skip a meal or two, then I'm suddenly famished. I'm not sure skipping meals is a good idea for me. Stress was a major factor in my excess weight gain. I removed stress from my life and the pounds melted away. I'd like to lose a little more, and I'm not sure that starving/binging is the way to do it. I'm going to try 'micro dosing' - having tinier portions of Benefiber at each meal versus the once a day, to see if I can find the right balance so I eat less without skipping meals. One definitely wants to increase fluid levels with this supplement.
I've been using this recommended by my doctor. I'm on my 3rd container, but I just don't see the results needed. Have had to add additional A-D supplement. PLUS: Dissolves quickly and doesn't change taste of water.
