My Dr recommended this. As a nurse, i was skeptical, but gave it a try. I was VERY pleasantly surprised and relieved. I continue to use it every am in my coffee and it dissolves and is tasteless!
works well , it says to drink 3 1/4 tsbp in the morning and evening but i only need it in the morning

This is the best probiotic product for those with IBS symptoms e.g., Diverticulitis. Since Gastrointerology put me on Benefiber, it is helping my bowel empty more cleanly. I encourage with your doctor's permission to try this product it works very well.

I have only been using it for a week. I will give it at least a month to see if it is any different than store brand, so far I notice nothing different than the cheaper store brand
I will use it, but it is just a hyped up re-packaging of the same Benefiber. The total dosage is half a teaspoon more per day, and taken in two doses rather than three. I don't like being misled.
