This product by Benefiber is one of the better-tasting gummy supplements I have tried. These are assorted fruit flavors, and they're all delicious! These gummies contain prebiotic plant-based fiber to support digestive health. They're non-GMO, vegetarian, and gluten-free, too, so they are safe for virtually any diet. Most gummy products are not vegetarian, of course, as they're made with gelatin, but these get their chewy texture from fruit pectin. The suggested serving size is 3 gummies, and there are only 81 in this bottle, so it isn't quite enough for a whole month if taken every day, but it's pretty close, at 27 days. There was room in my bottle for a few more gummies, so I wish Benefiber had just provided enough for the full 30 days. Aside from that little complaint, I think this is a great product, and it is so much easier to take than those old powdery drinks!
