Been taking this for years! Love it!
To be fair, I've only been taking it for a solid week. I ordered it to help scale down my weight but so far I haven't noticed anything different except it increases urination and can cause constipation...I've had to seriously increase my fiber powder intake. Some articles that I read prior to purchase said that it could reduce weight by 3%...not much but if true...I'll take it. Of course you still need to increase physical activity and watch those glucose spikes. I will go through the entire bottle before making my final assessment.
I like that it's in capsule form %26 it's not too big for me to swallow. I've just started taking the Berberine so it may take some time before I know whether it will lower my A1C but I already feel a difference in my gut.
This is a great product. I hope you continue to keep the price down. Working on your personal health with herbs and plant-based foods can become expensive. You're a great company. Let's keep it that way.
