The rack was easy to instal and held the rod securly.
I purchased for husband but I love it because all his poles are neatly tucked away. No more getting caught by Hooks!!! You can even used the spongy top to insert hooks so they are not loose to catch things or people! A real deal! They should sell them in the store.
We needed a rod holder for our shed. This one works great because you can adjust the height for any rod that you have.
The item iteself is good and does exactly what I wanted it to do. The screws provided were way too short, so I used my own longer screws.
If you have more than one or two fishing rods, you probably find it amazing how easily they get all tangled up, seemingly just sitting by themselves in a corner. The Berkley vertical rod holders are a simple and inexpensive solution. They are light, sturdy, easy to install, and most important keep your fishing rods separated and orderly. One set holds up to six rods with reels attached. The sets I purchased add to a set I have had for years.... Like most fishermen, my rod collection has grown over the years. I recommend these Berkely rod holders without reservations.
This product does just want you would think. It keeps your poles off the ground and in order
This is a nice fishing rod rack and does what it is supposed to do ... holds rods in place. The foam to hold the rod on top seems durable and allows for proper grip. There are only two things you should know 1.) this product does not come with anchors for sheetrock .. not a big deal but I had to get my own 2.) this rack is more suitible for smaller fresh water reals if you want to store rods with the reels on them. I only have 3 or 4 small spinning reels on my freshwater polls stored on this rack and it works fine. However if you wanted to store bigger saltwater rods with reels on them it will be very tight. Other than that a good rack for a good price, I'm happy with it.
I bought three sets of these due to the number of rod and reels I have. They work great but my saltwater reels are crowded even with my inshore rods between them.
The product was shipped quickly-faster than the estimate, as always with Walmart. I didn't get it on time due to the snow storm, but it wasn't Walmart's fault. I like the fact that Walmart's web-site gives you deals on similar things you have searched for in the past when you go on the web-site. Keep it up Walmart... You have almost won me back!
returned this product, looked much bigger in the picture but comes in a box 1in deep and probably 11 in long and 6 inch wide. Made of plastic, I don't think it would hold anything.
