Took a while for my two sons to put together. But it looks amazing and sure added a chic touch to our back patio.
The bar set is perfect it is very nice quality I am very easy to assemble the directions were a little bit confusing

I have not had a chance to use it as of yet, but it's a wonderful addition to my deck next to my BBQ & Smoker. It fit's perfect for what I have planned for it. It is much taller than I had anticipated, but will work fine. It's very sturdy and I hope it lasts for years to come. It took awhile to put together almost 3 hours, 104 screws and many more washers. The numbers for the screws did not match the package, but was very easy to figure out. The one con is that I have to hot glue a few places where the wicker is not connected properly
I have been wanting an outdoor bar set and I love this one. Wasnt hard to put together. Looks great for the price. My only problem was that a strap was to short on one of the cushions so it will not fasten. Love having dinner outside now.
Very Frustrating experience, the set itself is ok, definitely quality control issues, holes missing and not in the right place. Had to drill some myself...but the packaging needs to be done better. I received the set and the glass tops were shattered, contact the manufacturer BCP and they don't care any replacement parts!? They offered to give me a partial credit, but now im having to shop around to find something that matches. poor customer service and poor business practice. The wicker material looks ok, hope that at least lasts.
I ordered this in September 2018 and loved the looks of it. However, I noticed in August of 2019 (less than a year after ordering it) that the top was falling apart. I contacted Best Choice Products through their website and they did not reply, so after two weeks I followed up and got a reply right away. Only to be told “the item is already out of our 60 days warranty period. We would like to let you know that we can't process any replacement or refund, either partial or full“. So that's it, I spent $390 on a set that didn't even hold up for one year and they won't do anything about it. Cute product, but poor quality and even worse customer service from Best Choice Products.
