The direction we're okay but not great. The YouTube video was much better. However, there was no mention of the video in the instructions. This should be corrected. I was missing one washer/nut/bolt and had to go to the hardware store before I could complete installation. The LED light assembly was not on YouTube and I could not get it assembled. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. Overall, we like the hanging chaise and it will get a lot of use. I would look into getting this included in BILT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my chair!! It is sturdy and strong and of great quality. It is my summer spot for reading and studying! Considering I had to put it together myself the directions were easy to follow and it wasn't too complicated to build. I have been eyeing this for a couple years and I'm so glad I finally decided to purchase!

We love our chair but, the instructions say that it will take 1 hour for 2 people to assemble. The assembly wasn't difficult but it took us 4 hours to assemble and had some issues with figuring out how to assemble the "umbrella" portion. The chair is very cool and very comfortable but it is also very high. We're short people (5'3" and 5'5") and had to purchase a small step stool to comfortably get into the chair. We don't regret buying it because it looks great and is well made.
Only 4 stars bc it faded so badly! Purchased in the end of March! Otherwise its a great comfy chair!

The chair is a bit of a puzzle to figure out to put together and definitely two people need to put altogether easier but I did it alone. The chair is quite comfortable dreamy once in it but is it's not easy to get out of the chair. I wish it had more of a stable position to get out so for older folks, bad knees I would skip.
easy to assemble but the chair will not line ip with the frame. the frame is off as the holes need to line up. The frame is a mess. one leg dosentfit tight, thus it won't set level..If I had the musels I would send it back.
