i just want to say so far this little pill is really helping with a lot of problems especially energy. My husband no complaints either. lol
Ashwagandha is a good herbal supplement. It is helpful for many health issues for example: helps eliminate toxins in blood; reduce inflammation; relieves joint pain; helps swelling; memory loss; fatigue and stiffness. To name a few.
Very healthy supplement, helps a lot in case of insomnia, I had problem sleeping and as I took this my body relaxed and was able to sleep.

I have a bottle of ksm66 that I use for sleep and it's significantly stronger than this one. This BN brand is decent for what you're paying and I take 1 of these per day. If you really want the full effect of ashwagandha then spring for the ksm.
I'm feeling a bit better, but it may need more time to work. Either that, or the holidays have me stressed too much.
This herb has been review by many professionals and it seem that the herb MAY work wonders for a variety of health factors. This is the first time I have used the herb and time will tell if it works.
I canceled this order 5 minutes after it was ordered. I guess I'll except it but I want order from here again
