Omg,I love this!!! These are easy to swallow. I started taking 1 soft gel (500mg each) a day for 7 days then moved to 2 a day for 7 days now on 3 a day on an empty stomach in the morning. I have been taking this for a while, though not this brand. It is a vitamin and I will need to take it for a few weeks before I will know if it is helping.
