Only been taking a week but feel better. Hoping it will help with weight loss.
If you are a Diabetic 2, these pills are very good for controlling sugar. I take 1 or 2 with a meal a day. They really help.
Love this product. It really does work towards helping you to stop eating sweets! If you have a sweet tooth and want to cut your cravings; Use gymnema!
Not sure I like them just trying it out to see if it works to reduce sugar intake.
This is the type of product that cannot be properly reviewed for its effectiveness until a longer time has passed. What I can review is that I don't feel any side effects from taking it. I do seem to feel better (seems to be evening out sugar highs/lows), but honestly, it could be the placebo effect or just coincidence. I will keep taking it for a while.

It seemed to work pretty well. I was using a much more expensive brand but I prefer this one. Easy to take and no stomach upset.

Doesnt curb your appetite at all! I thought i woukd try this instead of Berberine..but didnt do a thing for me! Time for Wegovy!!
