Super easy to swallow! I was 5aking another brand or probiotics but they were not easy to swallow and would hurt my stomach. These on the otherhand do not. I'm currently pregnant and so happy I decided to try these!
I tried Mama Bird probiotics for Women and they really work! I was getting backed up from my prenatals and this probiotic made me regular again. Easy to swallow and only 1 pill a day, made it easy to take. No aftertaste and it comes in a white capsule.
Everyone knows how annoying pregnancy constipation can be. But after a few weeks, these kicked in and I was frequenting the toilet on the regular. Love them!
I love that the capsule is thin, makes it super easy to swallow. This product is great. Helps keep me regular.
I love this probiotic! I am currently pregnant and knowing that while I am taking this probiotic my baby is getting the nourishment that she needs! The ingredients are vegan and very gentle on my stomach. I only need to take one a day to get what is needed for mine and my baby's health. My gut health and stomach discomfort has been so much better while taking this probiotic. I will continue to take this after birth and on to postpartum. I would recommend this product!
These probiotics are a must-have in my opinion. Chock full of all the best cultures, very easy to swallow, just one capsule a day and they don't have to be refrigerated. Also a huge bonus for me was that at the time I received these I was just starting to notice slight symptoms of a uti brewing and I swear after taking just one probiotic capsule, a cranberry pill and lots of water the uti had thankfully resolved within 24 hours. This mama is so relieved and thankful!!!
My midwife recommended I start taking probiotics and this brand was on her short recommendation list. I love that they are non-GMO and without artificial colorings/flavorings. I read through their website - and they're 3rd party tested! I plan to continue taking these throughout pregnancy and postpartum... In fact, my midwife still uses them although she is past her "child-bearing" years. They do have a strong "natural" smell (I am highly sensitive to smells during pregnancy though), but thankfully are easy to swallow.
These capsules are great. They are very easy to swallow and you only need to take one. No bad smell or taste which I have had with previous probiotics. Overall since taking these I feel my digestion has improved.
I love how small these capsules are; it makes them very easy to swallow first thing in the morning (instructions say to take them on an empty stomach. It's easier for me to remember if I keep them by my bed and take them as soon as I wake up). These probiotics did not make me gassy or constipated like some other's I've tried in the past. I used these for a little over 2 weeks, and now I feel more regular than ever. I really recommend these and definitely plan to continue purchasing them during my pregnancy and afterward.
Another spectacular product from Best Best for any mom's to be or Mama's that just have been. Mama Bird Probiotics help out so much. These beauties help you stay regular during pregnancy. Super easy to take just one pill before you eat your morning meal. But be sure to heed that before you eat something part, otherwise it will upset your tummy a bit.
