Have had it set up for two weeks and stays on.. keeping the temp constant. No problems. Easy to set up. Very comfortable for 2 adults. Cushioned bottom. App is easy and convenient. Cover is easy to use and fits very snuggly keeping dust out. We love it !
Just got mine, set it up this morning and in it tonight! Love how easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spa is a great way to relax, very easy to setup, you can use the air jet system to blow it up, which makes it simple to setup, the app makes it simple to control, it is by far the easiest app to find and connect your spa, it has 2 jet settings just turn jets off the back on to switch between the two settings, the app makes it easy to control while your away from home, I set it to start heating the spa 4 to 6 hrs before getting in, just because it does take a while for it to heat up, it has a nice squishy bottom to relax on, it can fit 2 full size adults easily and 4 adults snug , I love that it has two cup holders, it is definitely an extremely wonderful way to relax after a long day
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spa is wonderful. Not only was it simple to set up, but it's easy to use as well. Took my husband and I about 30 minutes total to set up. Inflating the spa itself took no time at all using the pump and hose attachment. Connecting the filter and pump was easily done, although the directions showed the filter as being a different part, but we figured it out. This comes with everything you need to keep your spa going, and the safety cover is amazing. I know I can go out into our yard and get into the spa without having to remove pine needles. The cover keeps the water warm. You can download the app and check the temp of your spa at any time, it's all connected to wifi. You can turn up the heat, turn the jets on and check the status of your spa with just a touch of a button in the app. After filling, the spa takes about 24 hours to reach the temperature you've set. But after that, it will keep the temperature you have set. After a long day, it feels great to be able to have a relaxing soak in the spa with the jets going. Highly recommended this product!
This little spa is amazing!! The only reason for 4 stars its it isn't big enough for 4 people (maybe kids, or very small). I guess you may could squeeze in if you didn't stretch your legs out. This is so relaxing and worth every penny!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a more affordable alternative to an in-ground hot tub, or a hard sided hot tub. If you want to sit in hot water and those aren't an option for you this is an option. But go into this purchase knowing what this is and isn't. I am very impressed with how durable the material is, I can actually sit on the wall of this and just soak my feet if I want, which is amazing! It also gets quite hot, up to 104. Setup was easy, we inflated it at 9am. Then i put the garden hose in and set a timer for 9:30am so i would not forget to check on it, and to my surprise it had reached the min fill line by then. I put the lid on and came back to use it at 9pm and the water was at temp!!! The controls are very easy to use, there is also an app so you can control it over wifi. There are cup holders on the control unit which is a nice feature. Here are the things I am not as fond of (but don't get me wrong, I am not going to pay the 10-20x more for a traditional one). There is not seat, you just sit on the floor and lean against the wall, and i do find myself wishing it had a seat. But if it did have a bench, the walls would need to be taller and it would be hard to get in. The jets are a ring around the bottom and push air up, instead of being on a wall and air massaging you. And lastly it says for 2-4 adults, but I do not know how 4 would fit! With no seats all the legs would be fighting for the middle. Maybe if everyone kneels?! But with all this being said it is a great option considering it's price point. Bonus, my kid loves it too!

Bought during a sale end of winter and put it up today- was a delay because NJ been having tons of rain for days straight. Took out of box and hoping with water filing will help the look. It's so crazy wrinkly all over, does not give a good look. I have another style hot tub from years prior and same company brand and had an internal colorful light inside. This Madrid did not. Also seems smaller than other hot tubs. I really do like the new heater model and is cool with app feature.
The heater worked for 3 weeks……total. Now it will pop the GFCI outlet's fuse that it had been plugged into. The outlet has been checked and it is functioning properly. So, I'll be asking for a refund. Buyer beware.
