I've owned the more expensive fiberglass and wooden exterior hot tubs but I have to say I really love this tub. I've only had it a week. So far it's been great. Very sturdy, easy to set up but you need to go to YouTube and watch the step by step video. The instructions that came with the tub are worthless. Takes about 24 hrs. to heat up to a temp of 104 degrees.
I never thought that a portable hot tub was as good as it is. It's well worth the price and I'd recommend it to anyone who can't afford 3-5 thousand dollars for a wooden round hot tub, anyone who doesn't want in a few years time some heavy wooden eye sore that your trying to sell for cheap on some website like Let Go or Offer up. I would never sell this hot tub!! It came early, it's a lovely color blue and it will stay on my back porch forever... Oh in the winter time I'm going to put it in my Den, its durable. It fits my husband and myself and another couple comfortably. it took a total of 24 hours to get completely hot...the jets/bubbles are perfect there is not a bit of difference in that aspect of a 5 thousand dollar hot tub except PRICE. THANK YOU TO WHOMEVER CAME UP WITH THE IDEA OF A PORTABLE INFLATABLE JACUZZI HOT TUB!!
I bought the package deal last Aug (2017). Easy set up for use. Enjoyed it on the deck until Oct, then moved inside, dowstairs. Works even better indoors. I put styrofoam insulation boards under it because it sits on concrete floor. It is my nightly routine, now. I spend about 30 min on maint each week and change out the water every 60 days or so. If you maintain it, keep chemicals adjusted and backflush the heater pump when you change out the water you won't have any trouble with this product. I am truly amazed at how well it works. As I said in my other post - you will truly enjoy this spa.
Love the durability and easy set up...so easy to set up that the only instructions are pictures to follow. Although it states "6 person" there is no way I would want 6 people in this with me. Room really for 4 adults max!
Ordered July this year 2019. We couldn't be happier with this spa. Set up was a breeze. So easy to use and maintain..everything you need is included just buy the chlorine tabs and your ready.
We bought this spa for my severely autistic 9 year old who LOVES water. We have been so impressed with how durable it is and how well it heats. Being in quarantine has been really hard on my son, but being able to swim and play in the water all day has literally been life changing. The spa is a good size for kids to play in. I can't see putting more than 3 adults in it comfortably. Definitely can't imagine 6 crammed in, but maybe if you are all REALLY comfortable with each other. Setup was so simple too.
We totally love this thing in the summer. My husband gets in it everyday when it's hot. It's easy to set up and maintain. Would recommend.
I was little reluctant to even consider a blow up hut tub but after seeing reviews we gave it a try. Glad we did! This thing really kicks butt! Who knew that something so inexpensive would work so well. I usually buy the best I can afford since I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" but this $375 hot tub breaks that paradigm. It's exceptionally well made and tough. The only issues we've had is the temperature exceeding what was set on the thermostat, we usually set it to 102 but it often just keeps going until it hits it's max of 104. Two degrees makes a big difference so I have to monitor it and be sure to turn the heater off when it gets to the desired temp. The only other issue is we will get the "E08" error code for the temp sensor reset. The video directions on how to clear the code don't really work as advertised. If not for those few issues it'd get 5-Stars for sure. You will not regret this purchase - we use it every single night.
I bought this a little less than a month ago. After blowing it up and using it for 3 days, i noticed it had immensely deflated. I emptied it, refilled it with air and new water. After two days, it was deflated again. After what's now the fifth time i refilled it with air, i have contacted the company. Something needs to be done. I'll switch my review based on customer service decision.
Terrible! Pump came damaged filed a report with the customer service center on the pump. Week later still no response!! Evidently it's common for these pumps to be faulty!!
