This is by far s must get item.....it's real super easy to install....but Better yet....super bright lights that illuminated my front gate Walkway and my garden with just ONE LIGHT... SUPER AWESOME.....THIS IS A MUST HAVE ITEM...THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SOLAR LIGHT....YOU DONT NEED MULTIPLE LIGHTS TO ENJOY LIGHT....JUST ONE... AND IT LAST ALMOST OVER 6 HOURS....SUPER AMAZING
This light is small, so it's barely seen in your yard by day; but at night, it looks really cool and unique. We don't have a contemporary front yard, so I wasn't sure it would be a good look for us, but once we installed it, we love it. It adds a unique flair and provides subtle light for our path. The only challenge was figuring out where the stake was, out of the box. Turns out it was folded (for lack of a better word) into the body of the light. Just a very efficient design. Highly recommend.
Cool solar light! The Better Homes and Gardens 15L bollard light was a perfect touch to light up my backyard shed. The light is well made with a sturdy base to keep it upright. Very easy to install. I really like the great amount of light it gives off and the beautiful minimal modern design. Extremely happy with this product. I highly recommend.
If you're looking for a solar light with clean lines - try these! The light comes out of the box ready to go! Just stick it in the ground and let it charge! Definitely puts off enough light to make your yard look nice - and not have you tripping over your feet!
The BHG 15L BOLLARD is an excellent light to have for your garden or walkway. I have used garden light before only to be disappointed with the amount of light I got off of them, but the BHG 15L BOLLARD outshines them all. Easy to set up and use within seconds. No hard to read instructions or complicated assembly here. All you need to do is pull out the ground stake from the bottom, flip it over, and put it back in the same hole. Now you got your stake ready to put into the ground, set it, and you are done. Made out of sturdy high-quality materials, this light will last a very long time outdoors with little to no maintenance. Everything from the durable ground spike to the housing itself. Nothing on this product looks, feels, or is cheap. I set it up within seconds and that night I had a nicely lit walkway next to the front garden path. The BHG 15L BOLLARD is much brighter than other solar-powered garden lights, giving a much larger area of illumination. I would most definitely recommend the BHG 15L BOLLARD to friends or family or anyone who needs a good quality garden light.
Amazingly bright, made of metal with a plastic base spike that goes into the ground. The mounting spike is reversible, one side with a pointed end and the other side is shorter and blunt. The spike is about 4 inches long and holds it upright in packed dirt or grass. The light is bright compared to most other solar lights, this one out shines most I've seen. You would be able to use the light in an emergency, the light goes across a room. When mounted in the ground the light shines out about 3 feet on both sides and lights a pathway well. It stands about 10 inches above the ground, a nice height. There is an off and on switch so you have the option of turning it off. The sensor turns the light on just past dusk and lasts at full brightness all night. Then in the morning the light turns off and the unit starts charging again in the sunlight.
I thought it would be a bit larger but the light works just fine. Its good for the night energy and the light is well lit. When I first opened it, the light didn't turn on immediately, but its only because they have to charge up with the solar energy first.
The BHG 15 L Bollard is a black solar light to light up a garden path or sidewalk. I love the look of this light because it is a modern rectangular shape. The spike that attaches to the bottom is a hard-plastic material and is almost 5 inches long. This is very good because it stays put in the ground and is sturdy. The black rectangle that sits above ground is almost eleven inches tall. I like the black color because it blends into the area better, yet still is visible due to its size. There is an on/off button which is covered in a flexible plastic to allow you to switch it off if you want to. The solar panel on the top of the rectangle. I found after a couple days, it stopped working because the area I placed it is too shady to get enough light to keep it charged so it stays on through the night. I had to move it to an area that gets more sunlight, and then I had no problems. The light is not as bright as I had hoped. If I had a line of these, it would look very nice. If you have just one to light an area, it will not be very bright. Overall, I like the sturdiness and look of this product, and I would need several to be able to light a path.
After charging the bollard outdoor light I've kept it in the backyard for use and it does light up pretty good. I like the very unique on/off switch provided to turn it off when not needed. Looks sleek. Will be buying more to line up the driveway in the front yard. Durable too.
I like the style of this light, I wish it was brighter. The housing of the light is pretty lightweight plastic, I am not sure how long it will last in the Arizona weather. Solar panel on top of the unit, sufficient enough to charge battery for the night. Light fairly dim though and you would need several to light a pathway. Stake in the bottom needs to be a tad longer to support the box and didn't come with instructions to let you know it had to be inverted to figure this out. Overall, happy with the item and would recommend if kit came with several as an option.
