Received one as a gift it was so nice , I bought one. Often use the flame less candles in them. Quality at its best ,very nicely made.
I bought two of the lanterns to use with battery operated, flameless candles on my front porch steps, and I could not be more pleased with my purchase. The lanterns ware well constructed of heavy metal, and they have very nice detailing in their design. I especially like that they are covered at the top, thereby preventing rain from getting in to potentially damage the candles. I'm almost sorry I don't have other places to use more of the lanterns as they are far superior to similar lanterns I've seen for two and three times the price.
I'm very pleased with this lantern, we placed one on the wall next to our hall tree. Perfect for placing a flameless candle inside. It's very well made. Great buy!
Lantern is perfect for 4 inch pillar candle. Looks great on a table top or counter. I have a flameless candle in mine.

I knew what I wanted for my dining room table . It was just a matter of finding them. I wanted two laterns to compliment my basket that sat there. I found one at my local store and ordered the other. I put timer candles in them. They are set to come on at six o'clock every night. They compliment the tapestry hanging on the wall. I like the look and the price. I never expected to find these at Wal-Mart.
I have been looking for a lantern for a long time....mostly from QVC. Their prices are really high though, and I really didn't want to spend alot of money for a lantern. I was shocked to find this very good looking one on line while shopping at walmart.com. The price was WONDERFUL!!! It's not cheaply made or cheap looking (I was a bit skeptical that it would be). When I picked it up, my only regret was that I hadn't ordered many more. The sales associate told me it was the last one. I hope WalMart will continue to keep this one in stock - I use it with flameless candles, and I just LOVE IT!!!
Beautiful lantern for casual use. Nice, deep bronze finish. Bought battery operated candles that flicker and looks real. Only complaint is the gap between top and base top. Looks like a design flaw or assembly error, but it is on both lanterns I bought. The good thing is it doesn't show unless you're close and looking right at it. Overall, very happy with the way they look on our dining table.
Nice and attractive lantern at a great price. This lantern can be placed on your fireplace or table. Great for the holidays, and all year round.
This oil-rubbed bronze metal and glass Lantern by Better Homes and Gardens is an attractive, American-made accent piece suitable for any room in your home. I purchased some of these to be used as centerpieces for a firefighter's banquet. I placed a flameless LED candle in each.
