We got the outdoor set, and it is fabulous! It is sturdy, durable, and was easy to put together. It has also done well during the last week when it has rained constantly (I do recommend getting the table and chair covers which helped tremedously).
We have a very large front porch and a screened in pool in the back. This is our third Better Home and Gardens set and it's beautiful. The price was right and was fairly easy to put together. I was a bit surprised this set did'nt come with a cover like our other set did.
I really like these chairs, they're comfortable and well made. And they really look nice and neat. I had a little trouble putting together the first chair, they could make what they call the pieces (nuts, bolts, washers) more clear. After I figured it out the rest was no problem. It will take you some time to get them all put together though, 2-3 hours, but it's worth it. I didn't get the table that went with this set because there was so many complaints about it and it is too big for the space I have.
I read reviews about this product from last year so I was a little leary about buying this product until I called the company and they said they had changed the tiles. When we recieved the table there were tiles broken but thats to be expected. I called to get replacements which was not a problem. I've had the table for about a month and half now and it has been great! No warping or peeling tiles. Has been in sunshine and rain. Very comfty cusions and good quality set. I do bring the cushions inside when we are done using the table.
Forget the previous reviews about the table, they changed the design from 2 faux stone panels to 14 seperate 12" ceramic tiles, each individually set on pre-set foam pads. They are subject to crack if misused, but it's the real thing, not some faux warping junk as the previous design. And are easily replaced with any 12" tile or slate. The manufacturer is easy to deal with when anything is missing or broken. The chairs and pads are awesome and worth the price alone. If you miss this one, you'll be sorry. I'm ordering another for my daughter..BUY IT
Love this set...had problems with the table cracking but company was easy to work with and have since fixed the problem...very sturdy and comfortable...would love to get some more of the chairs
This product was exactly what I was looking for to add to my outdoor landscape.
I received chairs and table, and am very happy with them. The table came with ceramic tiles, which fixed the problem people were having with the table. We love the swival chairs. To bad we didn't buy all swival. Very good bargain.
Before purchasing the product we read most of the reviews which were helpful in the decision making process. Our purpose was to find a set of four chairs and two chairs for a seperate seating arrangement that matched. This product provided that for us with value. The chairs were slightly difficult at first to put together as the directions were a little confusing but soon a pattern appeared and chair assembly became much easier. We have not put the table together as we are giving it away so the table can't be commented on. The two rockers provide a small seating arrangement while the other four were placed in a club style arrangement. The fabric was a nice color and are comfortable. They are DINING chairs though and not lounge chairs, but still comfortable. The product of chairs meets our expectations and is a good value for the price.
This continued to be out of stock online, and I was so excited to find it in stock and available to be shipped site to store. While researching tables I thought that this looked like an excellent product and an excellent vaule, but when it arrived I was extremely disappointed. My husband and I took the two enormous boxes home, and fortunatley we chose to open the table box first. The second we saw the table top it was very clear that this is a very cheaply made product that is also packaged very poorly. The frame of the table top was badly bent during the shipping process, and the "faux stone" top is actually horrible. ugly plastic that was covered in scratches. We didn't even bother opening the box with the chairs in it, and I'm certain we would have been highly disappointed in the quality of those as well. We waited for two weeks+ for this to arrive and to have it arrive in that fashion and then to have to turn around, pack it all back in the car, and lug it back to the store for a refund was a major inconvienence. Do not waste your time or money on this product...you will also be disappointed. I wouldn't pay 1/2 of what I originally paid for this.
