This is not what I was looking for but being late in the season and limited supply on outdoor products I compromised and took a chance that this would work for me. I couldn't be happier. The late season shopping offered up some fantastic sales and the product works for me. Easy to assemble, decent quality and looks great on my rear deck. Though it is not the dining set that I'd hoped to buy it works just as well for a fraction of the cost. I bought two sets allowing for seating for four, meeting my needs completely.
Comfortable and super light. 4 out of 5 because the screws for the table were too long, had to purchase shorter screws to make it tight. I would recommend it and buy it again. Super simple to assemble also.
The chairs are very comfortable. We had a bit of a problem putting the table together - my son tightened the bolts too much and broke the weld on the table. A little metal glue fixed the problem.
This one is really good for price. hope will long last, I will keep update it how it hold different weather.
This chair was not comfortable to me because of the metal bar in the back. I am ordering a cushion for the chair to see if that will help.
Just received the 3-Piece Bistro Set and trying to assemble the table, but the (8) M6 X 25 screws are too long to attach the leg connector bracket to the table legs. The 25mm length bottoms out on the leg threaded weld nuts before the connector bracket becomes tight? Can someone send me (8) M6 X 20mm screws? Other than that, the set seems very nice for the price...
Bought it as a Christmas present they love it but it came damaged. To much of a hassle to send it back. It turned into a bummer present. Thanks a lot shipping!
This set was exactly what we needed for our balcony. We had had a BHG table with chair for years and it is still in good shape. When the set arrived, the quality was not as good as the older set. Then we looked closer and realized that on both chair the welding was cracking on the left arm. Very disappointing. We contacted the company and they promised replacements for the chair part. Unfortunately, they were on backorder for the company. Have not heard yet when to expect the replacements.....if ever.
I had this shipped to me because I could not fit a box this size in my car. Attempted to put together and got to the part that attaches to bottom of chair to make it swivel, the part of the bar that is already assembled at the factory. One piece was so severely overtightened that it caused one of the two bars to be crooked thus not allowing the holes to line up for attachment. I could loosen the one next to it but not the one that needed to be fixed. No matter how hard I tried it would not budge. I then had to pack it all back up to send it back as defective. Processed return thru Walmart.com. Even though it came UPS, it goes back FedEx or USPS and I am expected to TAKE it and drop it off. The USPS will not pick up a huge 50 pound box and FedEx doesn't allow pickup service via their website unless you are a business. I have absolutely no idea how I will get this returned and I am very unhappy.
Base bent and chair is not safe. At 190lb I would think it would last longer.
