Great product, easy to install. The instructions recommend t's 2 people job, but I had it up in 5 minutes (and I'm a short woman). Looks great, very stable.
Works well easy to install no tools required two people put it up in minuites
I just put the Curved Smart Rod up that does not require hardware to attach it to the wall. It was very easy to put it up and though the instructions say you may need two people, I was able to put it up by myself with no problem. It feels very sturdy and tightened very nicely. As a note: mine is mounted on smooth tile.
I bought this to make more room in the shower. It works great. It was easy to set up and took only minutes. Best thing is no holes in the wall!
Installed this in a jiffy by myself. The longest and hardest task was opening the box. I installed it with the set screws facing up (opposite to the instructions) because of the direction I prefer to open the shower curtain.
I purchased this shower curtain rod less than 2 years ago and it has rusted.
I bought this shower rod 18months ago. We loved how nice and roomy the shower was. At about 6months I started seeing dark spots on it. as the months went on it more and more are popping up on the rod, the mounts even the hooks. I'm so glad we didn't use the screws to mount this. It's completely covered in RUST!!!! It says it won't do that.... WRONG.... If you want to waste cash then this is the one for you. if you lobe the spotting rust then this is the one you want to buy
I purchased the brushed nickel version of this about 4 months ago. I closely followed the directions, since I had read reviews people had problems with this part. I had it up in a jiffy, and it looked beautiful, it added extra room, and I was supper happy. Now, 4 months later... the "brushed" finished has worn off the top of the rod revealing a shiny chrome finish. I can take my finger to it and it flakes off like paint or crusty hairspray. But this isn't the worst... there are spots of rust EVERYWHERE. UGH The majority of the rust spots are on the ends of the rod. Which is strange, perhaps I just need to wait fr the rust to be everywhere? :P I haven't done anything or damaged it in any way. I personally wouldn't recommend it to anyone or purchase it again. (This is the only shower/tub in our home and we are a family of 4) If you put this up in a rarely used bathroom, or use it to stage a home for sale, then this may work for you. :\
We purchased this rod just 2 years ago and the thing is covered in rust! Not sure why they even advertise that its rust resistant. So disappointed. Yes I will agree that its easy to install which is a good thing since I have to remove and replace it!
I've had my shower rod up for a year and its rusting badly!! It looks awful, and I have to now look for a new "rust-free" shower rod. Do not waste your money
