Great Value for an Outdoor Fireplace!

We looked at the Restoration Hardware firepit table which was around $400. This table was much more affordable, looks great and we use it 3 to 4 nights a week! It's very easy to clean as you just pop out the base of the table. Overall we are very satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

Great Firepit!

This is our first fire pit, and we are very pleased with it. It only took about 15 minutes to assemble and it was ready to go. We have been using it just about every weekend, and we usually have a pretty big fire going on it. The only negative thing about it is the ceramic tiles lay loose on top, and there is some small gaps in between, but its barely noticeable, and really no big deal. I also found out that if any of the ceramic tiles get black from the fire, it can be easily wiped off with some oven cleaner.

Perfect Patio Pit

We are very pleased with this fire pit. It was easy to put together and looks great! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the tiles are a bit loose so there is a gap here and there, but most people won't notice it, and it doesn't really take away from the overall look. I would (and already have) recommend it to others who are looking for an inexpensive fire pit that doesn't look inexpensive :)

Loose tiles, rust

This firepit looks pretty good, but the tiles just sit loosely, which I knew from other reviews. My husband bought some sort of glue, and lined underneath the tiles with glue and they seem to be staying in place. We had a rain and it looks like there is some rust already, so it's not weatherproof. But, we've enjoyed it and it looks better that the cheaper ones.

Looks More Expensive Than It Was

We have used this several times and been pleased. The fireplace looks more expensive than it costs because of the antique bronze finish, tiles, and stamped basketweave finish. The tiles look to be a standard size, so I think you could switch them out if you wanted. We used this at a party at our house and had a steady fire in it for over 6 hours and there was no buckling or visible damage to it, so I think you get what you pay for. Go for this one instead of the cheaper one, you won't regret it. Took off one star because it doesn't come with a cover--for $128 bucks you would think you would get a cover. Make sure you buy a cover or tarp to keep it from rusting in the rain.

Kinda pricy but still a cool fire pit

I got one of these for my dad on christmas. He seemed to like it I liked that it matched some of the tile in the house. My only complaint is that it was kinda on the expensive side. For Wal-mart I thought that it would be below the $100 price but whatever we are still happy.

Good buy and quality for the price!

Its all in all a good item. Do be aware that the tiles are loose and just sitting there. If you have kids and they figure that out, they may end up all over your yard. We had read that in a previous review so we were expecting it. Also, once you burn your first fire the mesh lid will be covered with black soot and the paint turns color. Then if it gets wet the welds will rust. It doesn't look bad though. Were are happy with it for the price.

Get What You Pay For

You get what you pay for I guess. Only $128 so...... Cheap construction and the tiles don't fit correctly, gaps on every side. Luckily my husband can do tile work and is going to fix it so that it looks better. Would not recommend for long term use.
