very very happy with this product
The height is great and helps my husband stand up better when using the walker. Also, it is much more sturdy than other ones he has used. We are very happy with it.
I really like that I can walk upright now. It makes a big difference. The seat is maybe 1" too high for me to sit without the walker scooting away. I discovered you need to set the break before you try to sit.
Needs to have more adjustable options on it, ie seat should be lower and arm rests need to go lower. Not a great option for short people. Also the back support needs to be higher, we raised it by drilling holes up higher. With these options added I would give it 5 stars
i have two of these walkers. They both are fine except the arms rests on both have split and i can not find anyone that can provide replacements. The email address for the 'lifetime' warranty returns emails as undeliverable.
Don't waste your hard earn money. This item has a manufactured defect. The base bar that attaches the wheels the the vertical bar, where you rest your arm to control the walker , had suddenly broke. Which had me falling to the ground. In addition, the seller( realrelax) and Manufacturer won't issue a refund under the USA Consumer warranty law. Walmart.com just reiterates, it's pass the 90 Day warranty, which is No help at all, and they don't have any direct info to contact the seller or manufacture, just what's on their website, to resolve this mishap. So, I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT ALL TO ANYONE.
This rollator was purchased new and used for a few months. Rubber armrest split, mounds of duct tape isn't holding it together. I was sitting on the seat, when the rollator collapsed, causing me to fall. One of the 'legs' separated when the black piece (see black piece on left in pic) broke off. Contacting them is a joke (the original company "Fuzhou City Cangshan District Baida" is located in CHINA!!!) with a 3rd party email, see pic 2. They will NOT honor their warranty if purchased from Walmart!!!! You have to buy from their STORE. Email sent to me: cobblehome.com service@cobblehome.com Sat, May 14 at 10:20 PM Hi there Sorry ,the factory can only offer the replacement parts to the customers who ordered the walker from our store,so we need your order id to find your purchase record Best regards Poly Poly NEVER asked any details on what happened or injuries. Instead of offering me ways to make the walker operational, she just looked for an excuse to NOT honor the warranty. THIS IS A DEFECTIVE WALKER! Hopefully no one else will be injured, before complaints are taken seriously.
I bought a beyour walker from Walmart last spring. The lock to keep it from folding up on you is made from plastic. It broke and Walmart informs me they can't get parts and have nobody that repairs them. They have no interest in helping me. I have called every shop in my area and nobody will look at it because they can't get parts. They are made in China. I would not recommend buying anything from Walmart without investigating service options ahead of time.
its not wide enough or sturdy for my weight im sorry im going to return it and get my refund back assp
Problems with armrest splitting. Checking on websites to discover this is a recurring problem with Beyour Walker. Rollator is less than a year old. Today I was sitting when the rollator collapsed (see below). I fell, hitting my head and injuring my arm. Can't find a way to contact BW. Do NOT buy, not safe!
