I have PoTs and with that diagnosis and my first severe flare, I got intense dry mouth and dysphasia. I had never used Biotene before, but these products were instrumental in keeping me comfortable and improving the moisture in my mouth so I could take my medication comfortably. It is super easy to use, just brush your teeth and use a small amount to swish around your mouth, spit it out and you are good to go. It instantly hydrates the mouth and makes the chalky dryness go away. It also lasts a good amount of time. I use this everyday.

It's alcohol free so it's easy on your gums and teeth without any burning feeling. It works fast and does a really great job at keeping your mouth feeling hydrated for hours. The fresh mint helps keep your breath fresh but isn't to overpowering. It's a really great product.

I it noticed immediately, my mouth and throat felt soft, moist and soothed. I never knew my mouth was so dry until I used this product. I use a teaspoon usually at bedtime and in the morning and I don't feel as parched. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to make a difference with has dry mouth. Soothing, soft and last longer than I expected. I'm told I snore at night and my throat isn't as dry anymore. I'm using the fresh mint and its not overwhelming or biting the way some mouthwashes can. Very good stuff!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this mouth wash for dry mouth. I've suffered from dry mouth for years as I sleep with my mouth open because I can't breathe out of my nose. It's very mild and doesn't burn like alcohol does. I can't use other mouthwashes as they dry my mouth out even more. This leaves a clean moist feeling that helps reduce overnight dry mouth symptoms.
