Found these Birds Eye Veggie Made™ Broccoli Fries at a .99ct Only store and let me tell you they are DELICIOUS, great flavor. Crispy outer crust. Almost taste like a fried zucchini. Baked at 425 on a sheet pan.
I love both broccoli and french fries, but I was skeptical about this, especially since the ingredients list places wheat flour before potato flakes and onions. But I tried it and was pleasantly surprised. I think it needed a bit more potato-ey flavor, though. My spoiled to death dog liked them, too. I was alternating between bites of meatball and bites of the fries and he never hesitated to grab the fries pieces and scarf them down. Normally even if he likes something, once you throw meat into the equation he won't even look at the other stuff. so you have two satisfied consumers. I'd eat it again.
my inlaws made these in their air fryer and i tried a couple and they were soooooooooo good ill be getting them myself vut def gonna borrow their air fryer to make them as i tried once in the microwave and it just didnt hit the spot the same didnt have that crunch so if you want to make them actually good make them in an air fryer or an oven
PLEASE dont ever stop making these!! These broccoli fries are sooo delicious, especially if tou bake them longer than directed so they get extra crunchy! I love them alone or with a meal!!! Birds eye, yall did soooo good with these!!! Absolutely LOVE
These broccoli fries have a perfect crunch and taste great! I hateeee the taste of broccoli and will never eat it, this is the closest I'll ever get to enjoying broccoli! I'm on weight watchers too and this is a great food for it. I would recommend for anyone looking for an easy-to-make, healthy snack.
Love, love, love! I couldn't even taste the broccoli, and had to relook at the package to make sure I read it correctly. I can taste the potato though.
I got two packs from my mom, and was hesitant to try them, even though I love broccoli. Finally made them in the oven, when they were done, I sprinkled some cheddar cheese over them and baked for a few more minutes. They were superb!! Love em.
I am obsessed with these and they are great for my weight loss plan! The only issue I have is that I can't find them in any store near me anymore and I'm not sure why. I'm so dissapointed because I love them so much! They are best in the air fryer.
I was hoping for something healthy my carnivore toddler would eat but these are awful she spit it out immediately, my vegetarian broccoli loving 5 year old gagged and spit it out, and I felt like they taste the way broccoli smells when you cook it which just isn't good I'm glad I only bought 1 pack but I'll definitely pass on them next time
We bought these to try with our kids. I had such high hopes but they were extremely mushy on the inside.
