Now I can clean my carpets myself whenever I want. The cost of the carpet cleaner and carpet cleaning supplies total was less than the cost of one professional carpet cleaning.

My dog and my daughter's dog don't always behave as we would like them to. If it is very cold, or if it is raining, they decide the carpet is more appealing than the outdoors for "going potty." This product really helps clean our carpet and takes care of the doggy "mistakes."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken care of a colony of 49 feral cats for many years. I have trapped, neutered/spayed, vaccinated, tamed and adopted many of them. 26 live inside my house. Most of the problems I have are near the food stations and the litter boxes. But I also have problems with a few of the males marking their territories. I have tried many products. And all of them work to some extent. But Bissell does a very good job removing the stain and odor. And it has a pleasant scent. And I am very pleased.

I used this 2X Pet Stain & Odor Upright Carpet Cleaning and my Bissell. Carpet looked great right when I got done cleaning but as it dried, brown spots and brown shading showed up on my cream/beige carpet. I even rinsed carpet after cleaning and then kept going over carpet to pull as much water out as I could. Disappointed, my carpets look terrible.
