Great product. My house was caught in the hurricane Harvey floods & left the floors really NASTY. This made sanitizing & cleaning so much better. I have tile throughout my house & used this product extensively.

I have a small townhouse with carpeted living and dining areas, and linoleum kitchen and entry. I just used the hard floor solution with the hard floor attachment and it did a great job!
We use it on tile floors, and we discovered that it works great on painted drywall walls, too. It cleans and doesn't leave any residue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product to clean my laminate flooring in my condominium. It works quite well, and leaves a pleasant but subtle scent behind. It dries very quickly, and is easy to vacuum up using the Bissell cleaner I own (following the specific instructions in the manual for solid surface floor cleaning, of course). I will continue to use this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this Bissell product for years and i just love it. I wash my floors with a mop with a micofiber mop head or my Bissell floor cleaner. I have all wood floors and after i wash them there is never any scum residue left on the floor. My floors are left with a warm bright shine. There is a extra plus in the fact that if i should get any of the product on my large area rug it (DOES NOT LEAVE ANY STAIN). I have a large entrance way and three bathrooms with white ceramic tile and believe me it helps dirt not to sick to the tile.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used it once so far. It does smell great like the reviews said. But it leaves a film after one run. I measured this solution as directed and put in the water container. Then released on the floor and suctioned the dirty water up right away while it was still wet. After my tile dried it left a residue. Don't know if It's because the suction from the cleaner was still leaving some water. MaybeI should have spent more time lifting the water up completely. Which I didn't have the time to do, or not go over the wet areas with my mop to pick up the water that remained. I also think that maybe dumping the dirty water out and then rinsing the floor with clean water first before trying to suction the water up might be the way to go. But the instructions do not say that and that's too many steps I might as well just mop my tile floor the way I usually do. Will try to not mop up the dirty water that remains after cleaning and let dry. See what happens. Sorry I don't think I can review again to let y'all know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't really see a difference by using this cleaning solution. I ordered the hard floor tool to attach to my carpet cleaner and it only caused more water to be on the floor - as opposed to pulling it up off the floor. It's not what I expected and will be returning the tool. I read that the solution cannot be returned but I wish I could return it because I have no use for it. Very disappointed.
