[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this in my large carpet cleaner as I had an entire room to clean. We have an older cat that is no longer using the litter box. I put down pee pads but he misses those as well once in a while. The whole room reeked with cat urine. The minute I went over the areas, the smell was gone immediately. The solution dried within an hour and my room is now deodorized. Unbelievable!

I have an 18 yr, old dog that has, for the most part, lost the ability to control her bowls. It is one hot mess. Break out the plastic glove, the paper towels, and this Bissel stain and stink remover and you won't be able to find out where the mess was. It leaves a nice clean smell and I would be lost without this product under the current conditions. If you own an animal, dog or cat, this is a must-have. They also have a special spray for cats that cleans and removes the smell of their urine. Buy a bottle today just to keep on hand for any accidents that your pet may have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old dog who has "issues" that sometimes make our carpeting either wet or worse, stained with loose tootsie rolls, or would it be more like chocolate sauce. Anyway, I'm never happy to come home to this but I wouldn't use anything besides the several products from Bissell. This one gets out tougher stuff, the kind that needs a little extra something. And in comparison to professional carpet cleaning services, this product is better. Yes, BETTER! I've been around a while and have had dogs all along the way and this product, the immediate stain and stink remover and the stomp and the stain and stink that goes all the way to the carpet backing make me get so much less angry when my old guy just can't wait. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked great to kill the odor of my poor old lady boxers dribbles, but it didn't do much against the stain. I got to the mess pretty quickly, so it hadn't dried. Maybe repeated application is needed? If so, maybe a gallon size refill option could be sold.
