[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love this machine. I've always wanted a floor cleaning machine that didn't have a corded wire. This wet/dry vacuum saves time so I can do other important things. The self cleaning mode really helps to lengthen the life of the rollers and keeps them from smelling. My only con is the handle doesn't angle low enough to clean underneath the couch. A place that is hard to clean unless I move the couch. Unfortunately I need help moving the couch before cleaning behind it as well. All in all it's a great machine. I'm just glad we don't have to buy replaceable batteries every time they die. lol

this is a great little machine. cleans very well, easy to put together. overall extremely happy. only downfall is its a small container that holds the hot water and a small machine for a large room because you have to refill multiple times. excellent for spot cleaning and atea rugs. overall very satisfied!

Some take a bit longer acquainting with the litter box, I bought one, then a second crosswave and they are great and easy to operate. Have a number of your pet related cleaners and they are truly helpful. After seeing a story about a cat refuge in Hawaii, I just installed a "cat fleece" offering one acre of sanctuary. Chewy has helped with cat toys and Litter Robot is the best automated litter box I have seen. I have 10
I love my cross wave. I have family members that say it doesn't get the hair up into the dirty water canister. But mine seems to work just fine and I have a husky so there's a lot of pet hair. The cleaning solution works very well even if you don't use it every day it leaves a clean and it definitely gets your floors clean!
