[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the cross wave and it was too much work to take apart and clean every time....BUT THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING!!! Hands down recommend it! Great steam clean and awesome suction. I clean my floors 4 times a week now. It's so fast and easy. It is louder but that because the vacuum is no joke!
Love this product. We have three very big dogs that shed and this is a quick and easy way to clean our floors. Only negative is that the steam function broke on my first one about 18 months after purchase, but I loved it so much I bought another. Hope this one lasts longer.
When I first saw Bissell came out with a new product line that vacuumed and steam mopped simultaneously, I wasn't sure that it would live up to the hype. But I was ecstatic to discover I was wrong! I contacted customer service as I was torn between the Symphony™ All-In-One Vacuum and Steam Mop | 1132 and the Symphony™ Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop | 1543. The agent informed me that the powerful motor in the Pet All-In-One would be best suited to hair and natural hardwood floor issues I had described to him. That convinced me to purchase the Symphony™ Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop | 1543 from Bissell.com on November 1, 2016. My 100+ year old home has original hardwood floors with deep crevices between the boards. Living near the beach, sand deposited in the cracks is impossible to sweep out and difficult to vacuum. Although I don't own pets, my daughter and I both have long hair which creates a big hassle in the bathrooms, and other hard floors. Three years ago I purchased the Zing® Bagged Canister Vacuum | 4122 and the PowerFresh® Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner | 1940. The Zing® has great power and suction to lift the sand out of the hardwood floors and hair from other hard floors. Following up with the PowerFresh® Steam Mop, I knew the floors were clean. However, the cleaning process was time consuming for me: move furniture; sweep; vacuum hardwood floor crevices by hand; steam mop; wait to dry; then repeat process on next section of room. Today, I opened up the cartons I received from Bissell and prepared for a test drive! Having previously purchased the PowerFresh® Steam Mop, I ordered extra accessories to accompany my new Symphony™ Pet All-in-One. The Spring Breeze Demineralized Water will lengthen the life of my steamer and smells great. I also ordered extra Microfiber Steam Mop Pads and Disposable SteamBoost pads. I assembled the new unit, switched out the microfiber mop pads with disposable SteamBoost pads, and filled the water chamber with demineralized water. I was ready for action! I moved some furniture and did a quick broom sweep to pick up large items. The Symphony was nothing short of amazing... the vacuum lifted the dirt and debris from the crevices in the hard wood floor, and the steam action combined with the SteamBoost pads left a beautiful shine even after dry. I attached a few photos to this review that include before and after shots. The bathrooms are next, but I don't expect any issues after the Symphony Pet All-In-One easily tackled the most difficult problem of the hardwood floors. This may be the first time I am excited to clean the bathrooms! And, contrary to what you may find on other product reviews, I DID NOT receive this product at no charge in exchange for my review. I paid for it all by myself and I honestly LOVE it.!

Our housekeeper has been unable to keep her housekeeping schedule at our home and so my wife has allocated to me, her husband certain house chores. One of my chores has been to clean and mop all the marble and wood floors in our rather large home. After one week I decided there must be a better way than sweeping and then mopping with a messy mop and bucket. I went on line and purchased the "Bissel Symphony All In One Vacuum Steam Mop" WOW!! What a difference I can now Clean, Vacuum and Mop the Floors in half the time, with half the effort and a far better result. I even use the vacuum for our rugs and carpets. Thank You Bissel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Bissell Symphony because it does an excellent job of cleaning my floors while saving me time and energy. I only have to go through my house one time to vacuum and wash my hard floors.
It's really helps me to clean the house. There are many dirts on the floor if using another mop it's can't removed. But with this Bissel they are gone. When you used this product it's better to click vacuum first because if you used steam and vacuum together for the wet dust they still on the floor, I think the vacuum can't lift for the wet dust especially for small wet dusts. But you can wipe it with cloth.

I always have footprints and slobber marks to take care of and cleaning my floors daily involved vacuuming the dog hair and then spraying a floor cleaner and using a microfiber mop. This has been a game changer - I can get the whole job done in 5-10 minutes. I haven't used the vacuum for my area rugs; I only use the Symphony to vacuum and steam my hardwood. I love how quickly it dries and it feels so clean underfoot. It's nice to know it's clean without using cleaners and chemicals to get it that way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this thing!!! I have 3 labradors so my kitchen floor is constantly needing to be vacuumed & washed. This has seriously cut the time to clean my floors in half! It picks up dog hair very well and steams the floor clean with just distilled water. My only suggestion is to make it so you don't need to keep the "trigger" squeezed to steam - maybe an on/off switch?? Great purchase for dog owners!!!
