Easy to use, compact and three sets of cooking plates makes this a much used tool in our kitchen
I am an a adult with muscular dystrophy... with limited use of my hands.. I can't turn or flip things, when making Ruben sandwiches.! pancakes, hamburger...etc.. I love Rubens.! and this one fits the beef steak rye bread perfectly.! And I'm excited about all the possibilities This product has opened up to me.! Thank you for such a wonderful product.!

The Black and Decker 3 in 1 morning meal station is a great addition to any kitchen, especially ones that have limited counter space. It makes it easy and conveneint to whip waffles, fry bacon or other meat or make a variety of sandwiches. The plates are very easy to switch which makes using all the options hassle free. I have tried this with all 3 sets of plates, and it doesn't do anything well. It is slow, and while it browns food after a long time cooking, everything ends up soggy. It doesn't get hot enough.
To my disappointment, received a used machine. It had Amazon sticker on it stating “Thanks to you, this product has a second life” I did not know I was buying a opened/used product.
Worked well for about a month. The bottom of the unit melted! Black and Decker is replacing the unit, but I'm not sure I want it. Fire Hazzard.
I bought this to make my waffles and when it arrives many days later it brings the sandwich plates, the grill plates AND THEY DID NOT SEND THE WAFFLE PLATES, the worst thing is that I call the complaints number, I sent an email and so far no one corrects this error Either they change it or they give me my money back.
I'm annoyed I bought it to make waffles went for the different uses ,but ended up with only one waffle plate ,a extra sandwich grill plate was added instead. tried a grill and waffle as I had kids waiting for waffles.
The item came with loose top and it does not heat up well, if I take them out when light turns green waffles are paychy cooked if I leave it longer they turn too brown.
