Really like this product. I steamed a patio door polyester sheer curtain 110" W x 84" H. Large steam plate really helped. Job when quickly, steamer did a good job producing plenty of hot steam. Very easy to use, good instructions. Water cup holds 2 cups of water, filled it up 3 times. The unit is kind of heavy when filled with water, but I switched hands and was able to move along OK. I'm a senior citizen.
I just tried my Black and Decker Advanced Handheld Steamer and it works great!. It is very easy to set up. Basically add water and turn on to steam. The cord is long enough that you can steam long garments or drapes. I tried my steamer on a shower curtain. I've had this curtain for several months and the wrinkle/creases never let loose. The steamer is not heavy at all, basically the weight of the water. Apply the steam and your wrinkle free. It does come with attachments that can be used for delicates, upholstery and even a lint attachment to remove hair/pet fur. When your are done it's small enough to place in the closet or under the sink(or even in a suitcase on your trips). The long cord has a velcro strap to keep everything together. I recommend this steamer, it is easy to use and works great. You will see the deep creases in the pics and how they have relaxed after steaming. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Light weight so it doesnt weigh your arm down.The steam burst button is a plus. I like the 3 attachments are so versatile. I love the lint attachment. The best feature is the water tank is removable and doesnt leak or make a mess. It takes the winkles out quickly.I enjoy this Im going out of my way to use it on everything. ,tablecloths, sheets, and napkins. This steamer will make your like so much easier. I am a young professional with a small NY apartment- I've always used an iron, but the iron and the ironing board was just not feasible with my limited space. I tried this Black & Decker steamer and I fell in love. In the time it took me to iron one shirt, I had steamed 4! Its so easy to use- I just hang up my shirt, pants, etc (I've yet to meet an article of clothing it doesnt get the wrinkles out of) on the back of my bathroom door, add water to the steamer, and steam away!! The size of the water tank is great! It holds a good amount of water without making the device too heavy! This review was written as part of a contest.
I love my new gadget! I have used it several times on my shirts and it is so quick and easy to use! It takes less that a minute to start up. It has an easy to use cleaning attachment that I used to clean the painted bathroom wall under the hand towel to eliminate water streaks. No chemicals and super fast! I was looking for a handheld steamer that could do everything including clothes, furniture, and draperies...I finally found it! It is light weight, has a powerful steam that de-wrinkles even my most difficult-to-iron shirts, and pet hair on the furniture is a thing of the past!

Easy to use, medium weight when holding it up for a while, works great!!!! I was skeptical as there were a lot of wrinkles on my dress but it took no time to get them out. Highly recommend if not having to steam a lot of things all the time. If you use it a lot you might want a lighter more expensive one.
The steamer did not produce steam.
The steamer is effective and easy to use. However impossible to get all the water out prior to storage due to the shape of the container. I am afraid it will smell moldy next time I use it. B&D needs to fix this
