this is just a wrench but when you get in narrow spots, the battery closure feature is a fantastic help. I gave six to men in family for xmas and they were all excited. A little pricey but a nice item to add to the tool box.
I gave five of these wrenches as Christmas gifts to guys ans gals on my list and they all absolutely loved them. None of them had ever seen anything like it before and all of them noted how useful it was. A big hit!!!!
This is a must have. I bought it for the man in my life but I have to say, this tool makes my own little jobs in the house a whole lot easier. So I bought one for my dad also. We all love it.
I use to hate adjustable wrenches. I would set the wrench for the nut I was trying to tighten but after one or two movements the wrench would magicly change size all by itself. But with the touch of a button I can now retighten this wrench with the flick of a button. No more fustration trying to use an adjustable again. At least til the batteries die. LOL
Got this for my brother for Christmas. He was very shocked I got such a neat tool within our gift-exchange budgets! There are no complaints here thus far!
Another item that I have purchased as a gift and it went over very well. I was attracted to the auto adjust feature and that is what the recipient and others have seemed to appreciate about this product. I feel that it's a good value for the money and would recommend it for anyone thinking of gifting this item, it is likely to be a hit!
I'm a lazy person. So the ease of pushing a button on this wrench is great. Also in tight places it is a great time saver.
When I first got this tool I thought it was great. It made getting to nuts and bolts in tight spots easy to get too. The jaw had a hard time getting tight on the nut or bolt head, but it seemed pretty rugged. About a year after I got the tool, the motor stopped moving the jaw. Curious as I am, I opened the tool up and found that the only thing that drives the jaw auger is a small plastic belt, and that belt had broken with no way to replace it. I'm hanging onto the tool to use as a regular adjustable, but am rather displeased with the cheap drive assembly that failed.
After very limited use, the adjustment failed. Turned out the belt had broken. Could not be replaced. Now it's just a heavy expensive crescent wrench.
