I love my new leaf blower! I have a busy life and don't have time to sweep off my driveway and porches. It seems like it takes me no time to get them cleaned off with this little blower. I bought and extra battery so I don't have to worry about it being dead.
This is a light weight blower that does the job. I have a 20 X 15 patio with lots of furniture. This unit blows off the furniture then the patio. It runs about 15 minutes on a charge. Not long but long enough to clear off what I need. If there are not many leaves and I have power I do my driveway. I love the fact I don't have to lug out the big gas blower. Now I have been gone for 5 days so tomorrow I will lug out the big gas blower to get the large amount of leaves gone. But I will use this B&D light blower on a daily basis to maintain my patio. Love it for my use at my home.
Great for the size of my yard. No more gas storage, pulling on hard starting sweeper, and very light. The battery run time is surprisingly long about 15 minutes.
I wanted something lightweight. I bought it for our patio area. Works great. I bought a second battery for it so if I needed to use it for a longer period of time I would have another one ready to use.
We just purchased this and have already used it to help with leaves. It works great, nice little sweeper and it's cordless. The battery seems to last quite a while. We would buy this again and would recommend it!
First I read several reviews before deciding to purchase one so I knew what to expect. Most reviews read the same: A Very powerful blower for 20 minuets and then it stops and needs to be recharged. And it did just that. What totally surprised me was the power. What a pleasure for quick blowing off my decks and garage floor. As a matter of fact, it worked so well I bought a second one for my lower Spa and Pool deck. I live on an Oak Tree hillside so falling leaves were my worst enemy but not any more. I am completely satisfied and can highly recommend this Black & Decker 20V Lithium Sweeper.
This blower is good for a quick clean up of the sidewalk and patio. It is light and easy to handle. With no cord to deal with, I use it much more frequently than my electric, plug-in blower.
If you are just using this to blow off a patio, deck or driveway, you will not be disappointed. It is NOT super powerful, but is more than adequate for the above tasks. It is more lightweight than its predecessor (with the NiCad) and it lasts longer. Just what we wanted.
This was for my wife who is a very small person. This is very light and handy for her. However, it is a bit underpowered. It does not blow as much as she was expecting. Also, the battery life is limited.
The sweeper performs as advertised. Good for sidewalks, entrance areas, removing leaves from decorative gravel in gardens. The battery life is a problem. A full charge lasts a little under 15 minutes. Works well for my condo, but not for a homeowner with a long driveway, long sidewalk, big deck, etc. If B&D could develop a battery that will last about 30 minutes, this could be a great product.
