Honestly I was going to buy the 36-in but decided on the 28-in. Great choice because honestly this thing is quite a bit larger than my old grill and the 36-in would definitely be way too big.
The 28XL is the perfect size for my family. The added depth means I have plenty of space for larger cooks and room for a warming rack. The seasoning process was easy and I have had a blast reliving my short order cook days from high school and college.
The 28" XL Griddle W/Hood is the perfect size for a family of 3-5.
A+++ So happy with this Griddle I purchased another one for my up north cabin. Got the 30 piece accessory kit with it and that is just gravy on the biscuit!!!!
This is the perfect size for us and it works/cooks/ great. Moved up from a 22 in to a 28 in 3 burner. Wanted a 3 burner and have been waiting for a 3 burner and got it on Christmas sale. Easy to put together. So very pleased.
Seasoned my griddle with the Blackstone product, did my first cook - the food glided on the surface like it was on ice! Food came out great! I can't wait to build my experiences and create some great dishes! So far - fantastic first experience! Love this product!
Bought this for my 12 yr old son for his birthday. Been cooking on it now for two days. We love it and look forward to using it on a regular basis. Only issue, one of the side tables was damaged in shipping. Sent an email to Blackstone, waiting to hear back from them for a resolve.
I was missing a bolt for the propane bottle holder. Found the nut. Must have fallen out the hole in the box. Review your packaging of small parts please. I know I'll love the grill and I'll take good care of it.
No idea how the griddle works. The box arrived damaged, duct taped together, and missing all screws/bolts. It was obviously a return that was shipped out anyway. Very disappointing as this was ordered as a gift. Shows WalMart just doesn't care about quality.
A few issues I want consumers to know: 1-Website picture shows 28XL with propane tank. It is NOT included. 2-Left side shelf paint was bubbled and rusted in the box at delivery. 3-Right side burner would not ignite. Had to make adjustments to get the burner to fire up. If Blackstone is rated the #1 griddle, I'm not convinced. Very disappointing, especially the way their quality is promoted.
