The griddle arrived in perfect shape by FedEx and fast. Quick and simple assembly instructions were perfect. I griddle foods 3-5 times per week and all foods are delicious. Don't think I'll ever grill again. Looking into purchasing another for my lake house this spring. A great value for the price.
Great quality. Shipped quick. Easy to assemble. Highly recommended. If your on the fence 28 inch is the perfect size.
The meals are endless with this grill, create with your imagination. We have had 50 wings on here with potato wedges and still room. Our chicken cheesesteaks were amazing!!
I just converted my new griddle to natural gas. The instructions were clear except deciding if it was omni or legacy. After studying the line art sketch I decided it was Legacy. Should I be disappointed ? The rest of assembly was a snap. I haven't seasoned it yet.
Been cooking on my new Blackstone 3-4 nights a week since Xmas..... love it! Still need a cover for it though.
Nice griddle, very large stickers difficult to remove. Poor paint preparation on side shelves. Stickers remove paint and show rust under paint.
Got it in and attempted to put it together today. Found the hood dented in 2 places upon taking it out of the box. There were NO DIRECTIONS in the box either. I'm very disappointed. Going to contact Walmart.
There is a 2x4 spot of bar metal, where the paint has/is peeling off the leg. This is my 2nd grill in a month, just got the 22 travel, both of which have had an issue. Since I live in Hawaii, where the rust level is high, bar metal is not good. The grill, when it doesn't have a hole in it (I.e. my 22”) is really good, but the quality control for Blackstone itself is super not good.
Overall the concept idea is great but the quality is a lot worse than I was expecting. The griddle top does not line up with the holes so I am going to have to make them large. It's not a big deal but it's just little frustrating givin the price of the product. Everything should be exact and put together right the first time. First picture is the front of griddle top and second picture is back of griddle top. It is pushed all the way but yet the front doesn't lock it.
Describing this item as “damaged” would be generous. It appears the grill was stored outdoors and mishandled in shipping. That, of course doesn't even account for the three separate delivery states provided in tracking before it arrived. The box is so extensively damaged that repackaging is impossible, so I will have to take it to a Walmart store to return. Then, according to Walmart, it will take up to ten days to refund my purchase. This experience was beyond terrible. I strongly recommend not getting this item shipped and I will not be using Walmart shipping again.
