[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this Blackstone griddle press. I love that the handles are collapsible because it makes it easier to take camping, and even just for storing it in the kitchen. It's not as heavy as I expected, which is a good thing. The pressing surface is smooth and flat and creates an even surface. I love that the handles are heat resistant and it's dishwasher safe. I can use it with any griddle I have, as well as large pans. This press makes cooking burgers so much better because I can actually get a nice round patty instead of it shrinking up. I also like it with paninis and grilled ham and cheese because it makes a nice crispy sandwich. It also works well with bacon, if I want straight slices for sandwiches. I would definitely recommend this griddle press.

The silicone finish is perfect for non stick grilling. I love that the handles fold down for easy cleaning and minimized storage. When the handles are in use, they lock into place easily and don't collapse until you collapse them. Heavy enough to be a proper grill press but light enough that I still want to use it. It's silicone coated so it doesn't stick to my foods. The handles also don't get hot. This is honestly the best griddle press ever. I can't cook bacon on a stovetop without it.

I am a huge fan of flat bacon, and it can be especially hard to obtain the perfect bacon with my skillet. This press folds almost completely flat and it's not nearly as heavy as my traditional press, making it much easier to pack and bring along when we are camping, and even just in my cabinets at home. It works perfectly, protecting my hands from the cooking surface while letting me press the bacon or burgers or sausage patties to the perfect size. Really pleased with the quality and ingenuity of this product, such a great addition to my kitchen at home and out in the woods.

The handles collapse into a flat position which is perfect for a light weight press. The press itself is made of silicon, it’s easy to clean, no stick sides, and the handles are easy to grip. We have just taken it on a trip and it cut down greatly on weight and room that a normal press would have. I would recommend this product.

It has enough heft to it so that you can trust it will keep everything from your bacon, sandwiches, quesadillas and hamburgers held firmly so they get that perfect toasted exterior or crust.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice, light weight, easy to hold griddle press. I washed it in the dishwasher before using it and it washed up nicely. I used it on bacon to see how well it would do. It did nicely in keeping the bacon pressed down and cooking more evenly than if I had not used it. I did try lifting it a few times in different spots so I could place on other areas of the bacon and the bacon kind of stuck to it. I did not particularly like this as it was unexpected and makes the grease more likely to splash up. Other than that, it did what it is supposed to do, help the bacon cook evenly. I like the fact that the handles can fold down for easy and less room storing, and they are easily lifted up for you to use when cooking. Overall I would recommend this griddle press, just know if you are using it on bacon, the bacon may want to stick to it a little when moving it off of the griddle. This would also be perfect for camp outs.
I just recieved these today from FedEx. The rivets that secures the handle came off on all of them.
