The Blackstone Hamburger Spatula is a substantial utensil. It is well weighted and sturdy. The handle is long enough to keep away from the heat, but not too long that it is cumbersome to use. I am looking forward to many years of (flippin' burgers) use!
This is my review of the Blackstone Hamburger Spatula. I really like the Blackstone products, so I am not surprised that I really like this spatula. The weight of this spatula tells you that it is high quality. It is made of stainless steel and that is great for using indoors or outdoors. I like the beveled edges of the spatula. The edges allow you to get under anything that may stick to your grill racks. It is very large and has some weight to it. The handle is made of quality material, also. IF you have hanging hooks on the side of your grill there is a hole in the handle that makes it perfect for handing off the grill and will be handy when it is needed. So it you want to make a good smash burger this is the spatula for you. The width of the spatula makes it great for flipping those items you do not want to pierce with a fork. So it will allow you to flip without piercing the meat and allowing the juices to seep out of the meat. I would recommend the Blackstone stainless steel spatula to anyone looking for a solid spatula.
This huge spatula is great for flattening out ground meat! I used it to flatten slices of sausage into Big Pattie's making them very thin so they cook quickly and evenly in size. I held the spatula under hot running water before flattening each patty, it worked like a charm and the meat slid off easily!
This is a giant spatula for sure. It is heavy, and heavy duty made with solid metal bottom that measures over 6.5" x 5.5" on the flat portion. It has a nice beveled edge to cleanly get under your burger without pushing it around at all. The handle to super long and safe to keep away from the hot grill area, its made of a strong plastic material that stays cool to the touch. Definately my new go to grill spatula. It cleans up easy also since the surface is smooth.
I got my husband a Blackstone for his birthday and we bought an accessory pack that included a spatula, but it wasn't large enough for our needs. We grill a lot and need something wider to flip steaks and veggies or to make smash burgers. Let me tell you that this is a beast of a spatula. It's the perfect size for all of our needs. It's a high quality stainless steel spatula that's well made and easy to clean. The handle is heat resistant and easy to hold. The beveled edge is sharp allowing you to flip a burger without leaving the crust on the grill. This our go to spatula and we use it almost every time we grill.
Okay, every kitchen should have at least two of these! And it really shouldn't be called a hamburger spatula . . . it works great for anything on the grill plus pancakes, pizza, sliding under enchiladas . . . it's sturdy and big enough to slide under larger portions. Great quality!
Take a look at this Blackstone Hamburger Spatula! The handle is black and thick, and the spatula part is a greyish silver. It definitely looks and feels made well. This would make the perfect gift for someone who loves to grill! I took a photo for size comparison to show how long it is compared to a plastic rectangle container. It's just a tad bit longer than the container!
Have never seen one of these spatulas before, and I really like it! What a great idea. I was contemplating giving it away as a gift since it's quite unique, but my husband insists on keeping it! He wants to uae it to make smash burgers on the griddle!
This spatula is the perfect size for grilling, it is especially helpful with burgers as it covers the whole surface of them to ensure that they pick up easily with no mess. I have also found that it works great with grilled vegetables because of its size it is easier to pick them up and flip them without them falling apart. The handle is comfortable and this spatula is very very well made. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a grill.
This large hamburger spatula is heavy duty. When they say large they are not kidding. Feels heavy and good in the hand. You can tell it's high quality and should last some time. Makes cooking burgers and meat really easy when flipping. The size could deter some people from liking it but overall it's an awesome kitchen utensil. Definitely recommend
