THE BLACKSTONE LARGE PERFORATED PIZZA PEEL is made of aluminum for both the Peel and the handle. The Peel measures 13 3/4" x 13 3/4", perfect for making a large 12" pizza for the family. The handle is 14" long and has a rubber hand grip and hanging circle on the end. The long handle helps protect you from getting burned. Aluminum is the most common choice of Pizza Peels. It is easy to clean; hand wash, and require very little maintenance. The perforations in this Peel keep your uncooked pizza dough from sticking and tearing during transport to the oven. The coating on this Peel prevents rust. Notes for success: Have your dough at room temperature. It makes it easier to stretch and slide off Peel. Dust the surface of the Peel with flour or cornmeal. Have your toppings ready. The longer the pizza stays on the Peel, the chances of sticking increases. Enjoy!
This Blackstone 14 perforated aluminum pizza pan holder is very well made. It was very easy to put together and they even give you an allen wrench which is a screw driver.too. It holds a very large pizza on it and holds it very well. Blackstone makes a pizza oven that I have been looking at, this is made for that oven. You could make an extra large pizza that would feed a whole family and the holder, which looks like a giant spatula, will put it in and pull it out with no trouble. Blackstone is a great company to buy from. Everything I have purchased from them is well made and seems to work forever. I highly recommend this and think anyone that loves to make pizza will really love it.

The Pizza peel is larger than expected. I was expecting a personal pizza size, but this peel is good enough for a 14 or 16 inch pizza. It's non-stick and easy to clean, has a very long handle so you don't get burnt and it's sturdy enough to hold up a loaded pizza. It even has a comfortable rubber grip. You do have to put it together yourself, but it's only three screws and very simple. Excellent quality and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pizza peel.
I recently received my Blackstone perforated pizza peel. Once i opened the box I couldn't believe how nice my product was. It came in 2 pieces, the handle and the pizza peel. Also, an allen wrench comes with it for the 3 screws on the handle. It a nice Teflon and vert sturdy. The tip of the handle to the tip of the peel is 31" long, so its quite long so you dont have to worry about burning yourself. Put the pizza in the oven, wait, and put your pizza peel in the oven, slide it under your pizza, and your allset. Comes out perfect.
I received my BLACKSTONELARGE PEEL and it does not disappoint! This thing is huge! I imagine can fit any size pizza. Its constructed well, nice and sturdy and the handle and peel are made of aluminum. I havent had the chance to use it yet so I cant talk about durablity, but it looks so well made, Im pretty sure it will hold up. I wouldnt put it in the dishwasher, says hand wash which is no big deal, looks like it wipes off easily.
I was so excited to recieve this! My son is building me an outdoor pizza oven soon and this will be perfect addition. It is big enough for the largest pizzas. I am impressed by the quality. It is very well made, sturdy not flimsy at all. Long handle so no worry about getting burns. It can also be used inside if you decide to pop a pizza in your oven. This will absolutely be used a lot!
You don't have to have a pizza oven to use this. You can use a stone in a regular oven (like we did) and still get that wonderful pizza oven charred-on-bottom pizza. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to put it together (see photos) and where to store it when not in use. However, it did did a wonderful job of sliding my cooked pizza right out of the oven without the pizza getting pushed to the back to get on the paddle. This is a great tool for pizza lovers! It is long enough to keep you away from the heat when getting your pizza and is wide enough to get your pizza on it. I recommend this pizza paddle!
This is good size pizza paddle. For it's size I thought it would be flimsy, unbalanced and not hold a hefty combination pizza; it did. The handle is attached with several screws which keeps the long handle stable. Although this pizza paddle is all metal, the handle didn't turn hot. The paddle is coated metal but doesn't seem to be non-stick. Handwashing is recommended.
This pizza spatula is terrific! So very strong and can lift and hold any pizza we make and is very sturdy. I do like how light it is as well since lifting pizzas out of an oven can get heavy. My wife has it as one of her favorite kitchen tools. Lol!
