Brought two pair for twin boys (2 yrs old). It joins to their iPads every time they are logged on. The volume is low, but perfect for their little ears. But when they are watching movie or playing games, they are not disturb by outside sounds. They love them and ask for them
I was pleased when I opened the box. It had the headphones, a USB charger, and a 3.5 mm jack, which was awesome. I charged it for a few hours before I actually tried to use it just to make sure it had enough charge to because I wasn't sure how easy it would be to link to the tablet (Galaxy Tab). It was actually pretty easy to link. However, I still haven't been able to get the audio to link over a Bluetooth connection. I tried everything the the directions said to do, but still no audio through the Bluetooth connection. I even tried turning up the full volume on the tablet, still nothing. I could get audio when I hooked it up with the jack perfectly fine and the audio was actually pretty good. The controls mostly worked the way they were supposed to, I could skip to the next track, pause and play, even go back, but I could not adjust the volume to go louder just in case it was the tablet that was messing up, but I still couldn't get audio over the Bluetooth connection even though it said on the tablet that it was hooked up to media. Because it worked on the tablet (mostly), I thought maybe it was something I did wrong, so I hooked it up to my phone (Galaxy 4) and it did the same thing. I did manage to answer a call while I was trying to hook up the headphones so the Bluetooth connection to the phone was crystal clear and easy to figure out. However, the audio would only play through the jack again. Figuring that it may be the Galaxy products, I had my daughter hook it up to her phone (LG G3) and once again, no audio through the Bluetooth connection. My opinion of this product is if you want a Bluetooth connection to the tablet to keep the noise down when the kids are watching movies or listening to music, this is not the product for you. Thankfully, I really didn't need the Bluetooth so the jack is fine with me for now because my little one doesn't really need the freedom of movement with the tablet, but I would not recommend this product.
Do not waste your money on this product.
Let me start by saying that this unit has a lot going for it. It is easy to pair with phones and computers. It has a 3.5mm jack so you can use it with non bluetooth equipment or if the battery is dead. They fit nicely and are comfortable to wear. The only thing I find wrong with is the lack of volume and not being able to increase it. I understand that these are limited so that children will not damage their hearing, but the manufacturers went overboard to the point where you can barely hear the music. I bought these for my 10 year old son but will be returning them in the morning and purchasing a different set. If you want a set where you can hear all the music then don't buy these, hopefully the manufacturers read these and address this serious problem. With more volume these would be great but as they are now they are a waste of money.
I could not connect the earphones via bluetooth to my ipad or my iphone
