I want to just echo the previous comment. They are telling the whole truth. In a matter of days , I felt relief in my digestion track, thyroid and hormones. This product may or may not work for you. Since I've been taking them, I have horrible stomach pains. I didn't take them twice in one week after 2wks of taking them. On those two days, no stomach pains. It may and maybe interacting badly to the collagen, colostrum, black seed and oregano oil that I've been taking for over a year now. Either way, I personally do lot like it. Maybe it'll help others but it was a bad experience for me. I know people that take sea moss and love it. That's why my review isn't one star.
Found this will interfere with meds I am taking, Too much iodine for me...Heard good info about it though, is why I purchased...Will have to return...
