I Like the phone.
The phone is perfect for those who want to start using smart phones!
I really enjoy this phone and it was recommended to others.
I know you get what you pay for, since the main purchase is to get a decent phone. Asa I received it, I put in my SIM card, made call. The volume is very poor, put on speaker phone, both hardly loud enough in a pretty quiet environment. It did not pass the phone function, so I pack it up, returned to Walmart. Sorry for the bad news
My expectations were higher that they should have been for this $50 phone. It's VERY basic, it would be good for a cheap smartphone for a child. It drops calls; not able to make changes to contacts; the internet is slow; and the pictures aren't the greatest but it is only 2 pixels so that was to be expected.
This phone is a piece of work. You will run out of space long before you've installed all the apps necessary for social media regardless of whether you install the applications to the SD card. Outside of that I guess you get what you pay for. It's fine if your not into installing more than 5 apps. I would recommend buying something else with 512MB storage on the phone. This phones only comes with 256MB.
I was looking for a touch screen starter phone for a family member. I ordered this product based on past experience with Walmart and because of the positive reviews I read online about this particular phone. The delivery speed for this product was timely as usual and item was packaged appropriately. My issues started after I opened the package. While I understand that this was a very inexpensive phone I was still disappointed in the flimsy plastic material. It looks like a toy. And even though it was shipped to Houston, Tx in the USA the onscreen directions on the phone were in Portugese (at least I think it was Portugese.) I received the product on Friday afternoon and by the time it was charged enough to turn it on the support center for the Dash phone was closed. It is only open Monday thru Friday 9 to 5. No help there trying to change the language. Nor were there any instructions in the nifty little quick start guide on how to get to English. At least none that I found and could decipher. So after a couple of frustrating hours of pushing buttons while consulting a translator app on my HTC phone I decided that this was not the phone for me. Two good things are that I got free shipping to my home and I was able to return it to my local store for a full refund without any issues.
The phone keeps dropping calls, and would keep freezing. I had to keep taking the battery out to get the phone to turn off and restart
i make mistake, i send the phone as gift and that never work the screen alway is freeze I WASTED my money
phone is only 2g so it is useless
