for a cheap phone i would say i am loving this phone. battery last long and fast to recharge. the screen is huge so you wont be able to have a hard time reading your text msgs. dual sim is so perfect :D
I purchased this phone with the JR smartphone and I like this phone better because it was what I expected. This one is for my child and it's perfect for a first phone, easy to use; has a radio; and big enough that it won't be lost very easily.
The phone arrived as expected. However, trying to set this up is a nightmare unless you speak Spanish. The default language is Spanish and the instructions are worthless to find how and where to reset language. There is a website link advertised in the manual for support but all it is, is an advertisement for BLü devices. ring tones are annoying and trying to load your own requires the purchase of an micro SD card. Ringer volume is mediocre for an elderly person that doesn't hear to well. Key pad is OK.
