I was looking for a simple basic unlocked phone. I liked this one for its quad band, so you can used it everywhere around the world. Turns out the reception and voice quality is very good too, I would think compatible with my old nokia phone wish I like the signal reception and voice quality, better than samsun, which is only thing I pick about a cell phone.
This is a GREAT two SIM GSM phone for US and International use EXCEPT (for us) ITS DEFAULT LANGUAGE WAS SPANISH and the instructions (in English and other languages) are very poor. My wife managed to make the change! Steps 3 through 6 below use the silver square in the top center of the phone: The sides of the silver square are for left/right/up/down movement The button in the middle of the square is for selection I think the process is: 1) Turn the phone on by pressing and holding the button on the top right of the keypad 2) Press the minus button at the top left of the dial pad to get 6 pictures 3) Select the wrench and gears picture (Settings) 4) Select 3 (Phone Settings) 5) Select 2 (Language) 6) Select the top bullet (English) 7) Press the button on the top right of the phone to get out of Settings and you should have a great two SIM GSM phone

For cheap phone it meet my expectations of just making and receiving calls and texting.
I ended up returning this phone. There were too many steps involved to send a text or place a call. The phone was in Spanish by default with no instructions included on changing language settings but I figured it out. If you don't mind a few extra button pushes for each action its a fine phone with many features at a low price.
This phone was bought as a temporary phone until we had time to research what was available in our price range. For $ 30 dollars, we got just what we expected. Old technology, small screen and some what clear phone calls. We have since purchased what we wanted and will keep it as a back up phone.

Product was cheaply made. Very poor quality. There was no manual or user guide. Phone was set up in Spanish with no instructions on how to switch to English. Very disappointed with this purchase. I was able to return and refund was received in a timely manner - minus shipping.
When shown the item on Walmarts (SMALL) screen it looked like the one I wanted, BUT, when item arrived , i could see it was the wrong one. I should have written down the Item number I wanted to avoid this confusion. I returned the tiem to Walmart customer service @ store for a FULL refund. It was much larger than I wanted.
