i love this phone so much. its big, and i can watch my movies on youtube. i never knew walmart can sell blu phones that are great. i can do lots of more things on this phone than my old 4"phone. i am so lucky i updated my phone to a big pretty awesome great phone. im been telling all my friends about this phone and they want to get it too! big phone, i just cant wait to get this phone when i got it
I have not used the product yet, however what I bought for the value was well worth it. This phone comes with more than you get with a $600 phone: charger, hand phones, battery and most of all it even came with a case. Along with saving money on the cell phone bill by not having to pay off a $600 phone, this was well worth the value.
Good phone. Unlocked and hooked it up to my provider. It's a large phone with a huge screen. Good battery life. If you are having problems seeing smaller screens, you will like this phone. It comes with a thin rubberized case that provides a small degree of protection. A screen protector is also included. Getting to the battery is super easy. Removing the back cover is accomplished by running a fingernail along the seam and popping the back off. It does not have Gorilla Glass so be careful of the screen. It is large but will fit in a shirt pocket. I like it.
This phone is made by a company that makes only unlocked phones. I was looking for an alternative to buying from att which tend to be limited on the prepaid service and hideously expensive. This phone was excellent the unlocked and dual sims have worked perfectly, the operating system in smooth, front camera is really great and the shutter speed and the LED flash are solid. They included useful extras like a screen protector and a silicone case. I also loved the colors, a warning: the yellow comes more like chartreuse (like highlighter visibility jacket color) and the case is cream yellow. The removable back and battery were a great touch as well Things i did not like: I have run into some lag during heavy use but after I close some apps it smooths out. The selfie cam is bad unless you have good light/ sunlight. I use the front cam on a 2 second timer for good selfies. Overall great great phone. Basic functions (call clarity sim support) work well and all smartphone features works great. I would recommend this phone to anybody.
This is a nice economical phone. It has most of the bells and whistles of phones much more expensive. We got it for our son, because it is only for occasional use and you could have a pay-as-you-go plan with T-Mobile instead of the hefty plans for the iPhone. We also didn't want to worry as much if he lost it compared with an iPhone. It has much of the same functionality. A plus: It even comes with a case. Good quality and excellent value.
I absolutely fell in love with this phone, there was nothing that you could possibly hate about it. It has a considerably large screen, about the same size or a little bigger than a Galaxy 5. For the price you're paying you get a pretty good deal. I was surprised when I went to open the back of the phone to put my SIM card in, there are two places you can put it, found out that you should put it in the second spot. The only thing that went wrong with my phone was the lock button stopped working, so I took it back and am getting another phone. I know a lot of people who have this phone and none of them have had this problem, so I'm guessing it was only my phone that had the problem.
The phone operates on 4G network, is fast, easy to use and well worth the money. The 5" screen is clear with good color except like all smartphones, daytime use in the sun is difficult. The cons are: The battery holds great until half capacity then discharges quickly and the company could provide a better user manual. I would compare this phone to a Samsung Galaxy 5 but less sophisticated, but we are talking about a phone that sells for under $100.00 compared to one that is $500.00 or more. If you want a good working smartphone for a good price this is it. Even if it lasts one year you could buy 5 of of them for the price of one Samsung 5. Really, how much phone do we need? For personal use, texting and just searching websites this phone does the trick.
I was very impressed with how simple it was to set p this phone. I just took the sim card out of my old phone, put it in the new phone, followed the simple instructions and my service was up in just minutes.
From all I've read about Blu phones, I was impressed with what was available on them for way less than big name phones. My dad bought one first after I told him about them and he's a big researcher. The only downfall is the camera. I went from a 12mp camera on my old phone that took great pictures, to a 5mp that I don't even bother taking any pictures with. It took some getting used to the new layout of things and how to set it to what I wanted it to do and make it user friendly for my usage. I bought two of these phones after shopping and looking on Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy and other sites, as Walmart had the better price. I would recommend this phone to anyone that needs a good phone and not necessarily a camera. If looking for a better camera, I'd go for another Blu phone and pay the higher price.
I'll be honest. I bought this phone because I wanted a bigger nicer phone than straight talk offered for lesser money. I am happy with everything except the camera. The pictures are not bright like they should be. Could be I haven't found the right setting yet. The battery holds up really well and my calls come thru just fine. For the money it was a good buy.
