It's really a great phone. Just don't expect to get any help from the manual. It is absolutely a waste of good paper. It was written by a Chinese who didn't know English. Why they didn't write the instruction here and have them put the instructions in is beyond me. Overall, for the price of the phone and the quality of it is beyond what you can get from any other phone. The only thing I can't get the phone to do is to continue to beep when you miss a call or message. The battery so far has been unbelieveable. It has not gone done one bit since my wife has had it. I'm talking about some serious talk time on this thing. This is my wife's phone, and all she wanted was a phone to talk on and she has been really happy with it. If you have any problems, you can email tech and they respond in a day or two. So if you are looking for a great phone for calling and talking only, this phone can't be beat for the price.
No bells or whistles. Does exactly what is needed. Phone before this was a smart phone and didn't even last a year.

I wish the product was specific in which carries it would work with. Verizon could not get this to work and the model was not listed in their database. Had to return it and buy another phone.
