I have 3 now. First had a 10" and liked that so much I bought an 8" and the 12" saute pan(5.5qt.) Durable coating that hasn't scratched yet with metal utensils. Just a few drops of oil to fry. The 10" is full size. Also got the 12" now.
I was looking for a saute pan of this size and configuration, and this fit the bill. The nonstick coating is very slick. I preheated the pan on medium -- not using high heat as instructed to prevent warpage of any pan -- and indeed, the exterior bottom stayed very flat. However, I did notice while cooking that the interior seemed a bit convex, which made the small amount of liquid I was using go to the outside edge of the pan. Really was not a problem in how welll it cooked. I cleaned it in the dishwasher, and it came out fine. Cannot really determine durability at this early stage, but so far I am happy with this pan. It's attractive, very heavy, cooks evenly and cleans up easily. At a price of ~$40, it doesn't break the bank and seems like a good value.

I cook A Lot. And never bought such a great pan for myself. It is so worth the money, ignore the negative reviews. I've had zero problems, heating it on medium and hand-wash, per the care instructions. It cooks evenly with little need for oil/spray. I wish I bought one sooner after gifting 2 sets and hearing how much they loved them.
I have two other pans with this brand. So I've been told I'm very rough with my pots and pans . This brand takes my beating . It's durable. Everything it saids it does is correct. I will keep buying this product over and over again. And plus I love the blue color.
Blue Diamond isn't as indestructable as the commercial says they are. I've dinged the ceramic chopping up hamburger in another pan I have. They also aren't as non stick as they claim. They are wonderful if you add a little oil or butter, just a little, to whatever you cook. I also try not to use metal in them anymore. I still love them though. They are great.

pan is a great non stick pan and easy clean up. but after just a few months theres more pitting on it than a really cheap set that we bought 2 years ago. we do not use metal utensils to cook with to aviod scratches on all out cookware.
Delivery unacceptable. A Gift. Product arrived unprotected. New pan with a large scratch on based.
I just sent the pot on February 1st, and I used it on February 19th. The coating in my pot has fallen off. They are all one point, one point, six or seven points. I still use a wooden spatula for cooking.
